So today I go to the store at 5 o'clock PM and the door is locked, no sign on the door, no people in sight. I have never had to work this hard to get a restaurant to take my money. It felt like zero care was put into preparing the food properly. What made it even worse was the customer service. I called to let them know about the issue and asked for a simple exchange. Instead of taking responsibility, the man told me I'd have to pay "half price" for something else--but then quoted $9.99 on a $13.99 meal. That's not even close to half, which felt dishonest and like they were just trying to get more money out of me. Between the poor quality food and shady, unprofessional service, I will never come back. Save your money and go somewhere else.
