I treated my in-laws to a massage as they do not have benefits. A 60 minute massage is $45 with tax included. There are signs to tip and I tipped in advance so that I only have to make one payment and pick up my in-laws at the end of the treatment. I was able to book same day appointments. My in-laws reported they enjoyed their massages. The spa's website advertised different types of massages at the $45 price point. I am not sure how experienced the staff are at the types of massages, but the price point is good for a no frills type of massage. My only complaint is that the spa is cash only. I do not normally carry any cash. read more

I had the misfortune of getting a massage with Chloe in early September 2023 at the Iris spa in Guildford, worse massage I ever had, she spent half the time playing with her phone and asking how much tip I would give her as she is studying to be a RMT, she even touched my privates on several occasions hoping that I would give her more tips, I complained and they pretended that their English was poor, I will never go there again. I have been attending Iris Spa massage for over a year every week. I have nothing but good things to say about the facility, staff and pricing. I have a lower back problems and Nicole has been very good at getting the knots and know nks out of my lower back so I can go on with my week. Thank you Nicole. Only dray back is that they use to have interact payment avelible but the had switch to cash only. Myself and many other clients would like to see the interact option to come back. Most of us don't like cary cash and it's a i convince to run to the bank every time before the massage appointment. If it was not for the interact issue I would give them full 5 stars. I have seen Nicole at the Guildford location three times and I am amazed at her skill level and ability to work inwards to the most tense muscles and work out even the toughest knots. I am a metal fabricator and I value the variable amount of pressure she uses to relieve even locked up muscles. I recent had a fall to pavement from a ladder and was a little worried about pain levels, however she still gave me an awesome massage with out any pain spikes and majorly reduced the aches and pains from the fall. I am more concerned about skill than decor, however I will say that the music added to the relaxing safe atmosphere. read more

I had visited the Guildford location several times, as it is close to my house and very reasonably priced. The service had been inconsistent, making me hesitant to re-book. I decided to try again and am extremely happy I did. I had an amazing massage from Nicole. She was 100% attentive and engaged the entire time. The pressure was exactly what I was wanting. Nicole's primary concern was that you were fully relaxed and enjoying your time. Honestly, my visits with her are the highlight of my week. Now obviously you can't be expecting a luxurious spa with all the little perks; but for the price of $40 you get a decent, relaxing and straightforward body massage for one whole hour! I was in the area and had some free time, so after hearing good reviews from relatives, I thought I'd ask if a walk in was available.The lady at the front desk was very nice and polite and friendly. The whole place was clean, warm, and they had nice music playing giving a very cozy and calm atmosphere. That's just unheard of! I had Dana- she was very nice and professional and kept asking if I was okay which I liked. I was very iffy at first about feeling comfortable at a cheaper place like this but it actually ended up being great . I felt very comfortable, and will definitely be coming back to try the massage+facial. If you're a low maintenance person who likes to be pampered every once in a while without feeling guilty for breaking the bank I would definitely give this place a try! Tip: if you have a room near the front desk, it can get a little noisy with the customers coming through the door, so if that's important to you request a room near the back if possible. read more
