Joy (my nail tech) is such a pleasure and always leaves my nails looking fantastic. The other nail techs are also very friendly and do a great job too. Almost every step something was dropped or banged into my finger. I asked her to cut a little and completely cut my nails. I asked her to keep them square she rounded them out. At this point I've already got the tips on my nails and I'm leaving for vacation the next day so I don't have time to find another salon I tell her that's fine. I specifically tell her I want clear acrylic powder and gel nail polish (so I can get a fill elsewhere because at this point I know I'm not coming back) she starts putting gel builder on my pinky and I immediately tell her no I want acrylic powder. When I got on my cruise and went to the nail salon on board, they pointed out that the manicure likely didn't last because it was just filed off and likely damaged the top layer of my nails making it harder for the gel polish to adhere to.
