maybe wouldn't have wrote this if i didn't spend $30 to be severely disappointed and not serviced with what i even asked for. i wasn't paying anything to leave with bare toes with no paint.. just to have to drive elsewhere to have the job done. for that i'm never coming back. after that horrible experience the only chance of me coming back or not writing this was probably to skip charging. you have to pay the woman i get it. but the owner claimed she "accidentally" gave my callus peel appointment to a woman that just left....... the woman was next to me asking about callus peel saying she should do that next time but didn't so she did not get "my appt" like i was told.... the owner lied to cover the bad booking. i booked a gel mani pedi with callus peel for my birthday... when i got there i got seated picked colors and then she got to my pedicure... when i realized she wasn't doing callus peel at all i asked if she was she said no sorry there is no time.... i said i booked for it and i really didn't want a basic pedicure at all otherwise.... she said sorry no time either callus peel or have my nails done . i chose the callus and to finish and leave. i called elsewhere they got me in immediately after i left and she finished their job. and left with my nails completely unpainted . i wrote them the best review years ago! i took it down DURING this experience. it was the only way i treated myself for my birthday and $95 turned into $145 because i had to pay ALL OVER AGAIN ELSEWHERE TO COMPLETE THEIR WORK. i was almost in tears when they said they don't have time because i had a birthday reservation right after that i ended up MISSING BECAUSE I HAD TO DRIVE TO TWO SEPARATE NAIL APPTS BC OF THIS. don't understand how you booked over my appt if in i booked 2 days prior... hope the $30 was worth it. read more

I was held hostage for half an hour in a pedicure bath. They were overbooked. Apparently that's the way they work. They get you in and then they make you wait. I had an appointment. I got up, put my sandals on with wet feet and walked out. You lost a potential good client. I work by appointment. Don't keep me waiting. I have clients that wait for me. I am never late. I've been to this place twice, but don't think will go again. Compared to very few others in the area, it is decent enough and clean, but the second time I almost didn't get any cuticle trimming. I guess it was the owner (Tammy) and I had to ask for cuticles. Funny thing is because I brought my own breathable nail polish, passed nail protector and top coat. Given how much I skipped, she could have done a careful work with cuticles. Also, communication was an issue here. They don't seem to understand the questions, but gives generic answers. Clearly, they had no idea about breathable/vegan nail polish options which was OK, but they did not even seem to understand what it is even after I explained them. The massage service which was part of regular mani was fine though. Also, it was not crowded which is good during a pandemic. read more

If you are looking for quality manicure work I would suggest visiting another nail salon as you will not find that at this location. Tammy in particular has done my nails twice and each time the work lasted 3 days and then subsequently cracked thereafter. The polish is not a smooth finish as expected , she left my nails unevenly filed and did not tend to cuticles at all. Unfortunately they will not receive service from me again. I asked the nail tech if she was going to clean it up and she responded that once I get home and was my hands, the glue will come out. She said it happened because my nails were too short. NEVER GOING BACK AFTER 4 TRIES! I have a lot of patience, but after getting a nail infection and now being cut (not for the first time there), I'd be crazy to go back. They are terrible at making appointments and insult to injury they are not cheap. Please see my picture below. I did have a classic pedicure that was $30 and then had my powder fills done on 9 nails because as you can see one nail is still healing from an infection I got there. $85!!!! After cutting me, and knowing that I am healing from an infection and my hand looking like this I complained and got no where. I don't know how the 4 people that I saw sitting waiting an hour past their appointment time would stay after hearing and seeing me. NO EXCUSES for that kind of service---shame on them! read more

The owner Tammy has done my nails for almost 3 years with no issues. A few months ago everything changed. The last 5 appointments I've had, my nails broke within the 1st week. 3 weeks ago at my last appointment, they made me wait 40 mins in between my pedicure and my manicure because they were very overbooked. I was visibly upset, but Tammy the owner did nothing about it. Ok fine, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to them having a bad day. Two days ago I called to make my next appointment for today at 10:30. I arrived for today's appointment and there wasn't a place for me to even sit. Then the owner Tammy calls me over and whispers to me "you come back later or tmrw"? Because they were OVERBOOKED AGAIN. I replied loudly and pointed out in front of the whole salon that she's done this to me 2 appointments in a row and that this is bad business. The owner Tammy said nothing in response and just looked away! So after 3 years of giving this woman my business, this is how she treated me. I want to give this place a better rating but I just can't. I called the day of to ask if they had any available appointments for a pedicure, it wasn't an urgency to get me in but wanted to see if it was possible. The woman on the phone said okay no problem come in two hours, which is always appreciated. I get here and I end up waiting for 15 minutes with my feet soaking in what is now cold room temperature water. I finally get someone to start my nails and she's doing a great job (I wish I got her name). But then an hour ON THE DOT the owner comes rushing over, hurrying me out my chair. Mind you this is while the woman is still painting my nails! Since I was rushed my nail polish got smeared and I felt uncomfortable to say something because the demeanor of the woman. If you're looking for a quick pedicure this is your place, but if you're looking to enjoy yourself in a relaxing atmosphere I recommend it. read more

I'm not lying when I say this was the most fantastic manicure I've ever had. I was skeptical since I'm very picky about my nail salons, but I'm telling you, this is is the place to go. I came in with long dip nails with tips and Tammy removed them with such gentle care. June was the lady who finished and eventually re dipped my nails and she was great. She was so precise and spent a long time perfecting my nails (which I love.) not to mention, everyone working in the business was so nice. I would consider making the four hour trip to this business just to have June do my nails again. Definitely bring your business here, and specifically, to June! read more

I tried to like this place. I really did. I gave them three chances. The first time I made an appt and still waited 30 mins after my appt time to get started. I told the lady on the phone that I needed an acrylic fill in and she said fine. When I got there they claimed they didn't go acrylics and talked me into doing dip powder. It cost me $65!!! Because I wanted a glitter design. Whatever, I paid for it. The nails lasted a long time so I went back. This time I waited 40 mins past my appt time. I was at the nail salons for 2 hours to get a dip powder manicure. Completely ridiculous. The final time was the worst. I made my appt and called specifically to make sure they could take me on time and that I would be out on time to pick up my son. They assured me they weren't busy and it wouldn't be a problem. I showed the lady what I wanted and she acted like I wanted The Mona Lisa drawn on my nails. But said she could do it. I told her I wanted the color to be like the picture. She said ok. She started my nails 20mins after my appt time. I've never been more disappointed with my nails. They looked nothing like the picture. And we're done terribly because she was rushing. My nails looked like I had slept on them while wet. They weren't smooth at all and looked terrible. I will not be going back. Never going back I had the worst experience ever; I was on my lunch hour which I made very clear when making the appointment. When I got there I picked my colors - the pedicure was rough (almost painful) and when I was sitting soaking the gel polish off of my nails Tammy convinced me to do powder I even asked her if she would be able to match my toes and if it took the same amount of time as gel polish to put on since I was on a time crunch. Of course she said "yes" now I know why she said yes because powder is $45 & gel polish is only $30. After sitting for almost 20 min. while she assisted other people she couldn't match my toe color AT ALL. First she used a terrible orange color powder and couldn't find a color to match so finally I just picked a nice color to put on my nails (a totally different color from my toes). Nevertheless 2 hours later I finally got out of there with not much of a manicure (she did not take care of my cuticles at all) and definitely no massage. My wife has been going here every 2 weeks for her nails. The service is always hit or miss with it missing much more now than before. I cannot believe how much these women hate and ignore their customers. The lack of care is unbelievable. Nail polish left on my wife's finger for the lady to file it off? Her nails are all cut to different lengths, and there is nail polish all around the nails on the skin. She has come home with some work that has wowed me but today, it is disgusting. These women seem to be content sitting around and talking than working on their customers. The how the process has also changed. The level of care and detail that went into the work is no longer there. The pedicure no longer deals with feet anymore which is stated nowhere in the shop. If you are not going to provide the services that are related to a pedicure, you need to rename it and no longer offer it. My wife will be going elsewhere. Hopefully this recession weeds out the terrible employees and salons that are offering this low of quality service. read more
