Princess Nail Salon is great! I hadn't had a manicure in over a year, and I had some free time while being in the area, so I decided to finally go and get one. I went to Princess Nails after seeing a sign for a $40 Gel Manicure and Pedicure. It was too good of a deal to pass up! I didn't know what to expect, but the pedicure was very relaxing, with them using hot stones at the end. My nails came out great, and they really took time to make sure the polish looked nice and consistent. My nails had been a mess before due to a bad polish job (done by me, woops!) so they spent some time making sure it was all removed. We joked about it and they were very kind. The gel manicure turned out great as well, with no issues multiple days later. My nails feel strong and the color is very saturated and pretty, just what I had hoped for. I heard from someone that this place was good, so I made an appointment and gave it a try. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, and let's just say for the both I was out within 35 minutes. My pedicure looks horrific and I was cut so bad, let's just say the picture should probably have a warning over it. My manicure looks like a 8 year old painted my nails. I was debating walking back in and saying something but honestly I'd rather pay a different place to get repainted. When I went in the next day to speak with a manager for a refund they tried to refuse me the refund because I gave them a bad review on google. I had to fight with them in front of their customers. My gel manicure wound up only lasting 3 days before they bubbled up to the point I can just pull the polish off like it was nothing! read more

The salon seems very clean and the staff are very personable. They have a large selection of colors to pick from for color gels which is always nice. I am extremely obnoxious and picky, when it comes to my nails, and have recently had a hard time finding a nail salon I like. This was my first time here and I loved it! Everyone was so friendly. Pedicurist was amazing, took her time and they look great. And the manicurist was just as great. Didn't have to ask her to go back and do anything. Extremely thorough, she even checked my nails when we were completely done to make sure no bumps or sharp edges left behind. I know, you think that would just be common knowledge when being a manicurist, but the last 3 places I had to tell them to do that, so it was a huge relief not having to tell her anything. It had to be the fastest pedicure ever. The massage was barely felt. Like no pressure at all and it probably lasted a minute, if that. The massage they give at the end was almost like a pat on the back and that's it. She even answered the phone while doing it. I went to Princess Nails on 5/25 for a gel manicure and pedicure. I had gone to another nail salon the previous day and had a horrible experience! The color was layered on and was cracking. I went back to that salon and made them take all the color off. I still needed to get my nails done though. My friend goes to Princess Nails quite frequently and suggested I try them. I called right away for an appointment and they had no problem finding time for me. I came for my appointment and the woman, who I assume to be the owner or manager, was very kind. She greeted me by name, helped me pick a color and seated me for my pedicure. The pedicure was great, very relaxing and they did a great job! Then I walked over for my gel manicure, the woman noticed that my hands were a little dry and was very gentle. I had decided on a nice pink color and she suggested I get sparkles on my ring finger. I'm usually more conservative, but she was so nice, said how popular it was and said it would look good. I decided to do it and she was right! Also the pricing was affordable too. They were running a special for a gel manicure and regular pedicure for $40, which is a bargain! What I loved about this salon is they treated you like a person. I have been to other salons and they just treat you like you're just another number and talk about you in their language while you are sitting in front of them. I did not have that experience here. They were very kind, polite and engaged in conversation. I will definitely be returning to Princess Nails. If you live in the area and need to get your nails done, I suggest you come here! read more

My parents live out in this area and so I have tried this salon a few times with my mom or sister. I have goten ok pedicures here but they never really massage your legs like other places. My last visit I had them put on OPI gel color, 1st they asked if I wanted my nails cut short and I said "no". She then proceeds to file off all my nails. The color of the polish was supposed to match my toes but it was at least 3 or 4 shades off and she kept saying they were the same as if I was blind. At the end she barely touched my shoulders and said I was done. My poor mom was not given any massage and was rushed out of the chair because they had someone else they wanted to start. read more

The people working here were very nice, and very fast. Appreciated both of those things.. however, the place looks dirty, which is just really difficult to get past. And my gel nails looked and felt less flattering than when I've had them done before. Lastly, they have chipped within days and two of my my nails have broken since this experience. I visited for the first time last Thursday. The place was mobbed so I'm glad I made an appointment so they couldn't turn me away like they had to for other customers. I got the gel manicure and regular pedicure special, which for $40 is amazing. Unfortunately the polish didn't hold up for my fingers or toes. The corners of my toes rubbed off within 2 days (usually my toenail polish can last a good month without showing wear). The gel on my fingers started cracking within 3 days. It might be the brand.. I chose the polish for the color not for the brand name. I have never heard of Ikona. I'm going to try this salon again though. The reviews here plus the amount of people trying to get in while I was there speaks volumes. I will update my review next time. read more

Lovely salon, but I don't think they are proficient at "full sets" of nails. The staff was friendly, and customers receiving gel manicures were happy (many regulars), but the quality that I received is one of the worst I've ever had: I had to ask my manicurist over and over to make the nails thinner (it looked like a kid glued on thick, clumpy gel), one nail broke off within 24 hours, I glued it back on, and now, 6 days later, another is gone, and a few more are peeling back and ready to come off. They didn't break because they're thin- the whole nail just peeled off (they didn't adhere correctly). I'm sure they'd fix them for m (based on reviews), but I am a busy mom and getting manicures is a treat - both in terms of the money and time spent! I don't have time to go back and get them all fixed again and again. I'd recommend them for gel manis, as the place was very clean and stag was lovely. As far as a full set goes, don't waste your time or money. read more

I love this salon! The manicurists are all very friendly and do a wonderful job! I have never been disappointed. Also the salon is super clean and the products they use are top notch. I have been to other salons where the nail polish doesn't dry or it turns my nails yellow. I have never had this happen here! I would totally recommend this salon! I have been going to PRINCESS NAIL SALON for 10 years since they opened. The girls are absolutely wonderful. The owner does my nails and is a perfectionist. She takes her time and makes sure each nail is perfect. She also makes great suggestions on color and designs for me. I always get an appointment when I need one at the time most convenient time for me. Everyone is very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable during your visit. If you chip a nail or break one, you can pop in and they will fix it free of charge. I love the specials they run for mani/pedi & eyebrows. This was not a great experience. Received a pedicure and gel manicure today and now at almost 8:30 this evening the gel polish has lifted off my nails. I am going on vacation tomorrow so I had to run out and get some nail products so my nails don't look unfinished. The nails that had the lifted polish looked like bubbles so I had to peel them off. Just went there today, i made an appointment the place was packed. The girl who did my pedicure spent more time on her phone then on my feet. My feet are still rough and no different then when I walked in. I have visited there on and off for the 10 years they are open. Guess that doesn't stand for anything because I am not a regular. What's bad is my husband noticed how rough my feet were. Sarah did my gel manicure, she was excellent but she even asked me if I was ok and I said no my feet are still rough. Her response was nothing. So I am sure this review wont matter to them either. But I feel other customers need to know.
