I needed to have my water heater replaced…read more My old one was still under warranty. In order to get a replacement tank, the old one needed to be returned to the place it was purchased, which happened to be Washington Court House. Nicole cheerfully took care of all of the warranty and return work needed. She removed and returned the tank. She had to go to another store to get a replacement, and she did so without missing a beat or her positive attitude. Not once did she roll her eyes, sigh or act like it was an imposition. She easily installed the new tank and I had hot water within the hour. Nicole was so personable and professional. Being a woman,I felt so much more comfortable having a female plumber and felt more confident in the solution options that she presented to me. I felt like the pricing was more than fair.
