They protected our home when removing the trees and were so polite, friendly and professional. I usually dread having companies out to work on our home, but I am always excited when they come out. They leave the yard cleaner than they found it and do exactly the job they are hired to do. They often are able to come sooner than their estimated date and let me know ahead of time to make sure the date is ok. They also have the most competitive prices I have found. They ended up calling me the day before our original scheduled day and came out and quickly removed 2 pine trees and 2 large shrubs. They had a fairly heavy duty stump grinder, which made quick work of the stumps and large roots. They also brought a large chipper and cleaned up all debris, including everything around the chipper. They brought a large bucket truck, but did not need it for my particular trees. It is nice to deal with a professional tree service, which has the necessary equipment and expertise to complete any tree work, unlike another so-called tree service, which left me a huge mess, when the city would not pick it up. I didn't realize until they were finishing up that Oliverio, the business owner was part of the crew, which completed all of the work. It was nice to see him lead his team by example. Dave from Bartlett Tree Service came out and looked at our tree and also some smaller trees that needed pruning. He explained the process and had a crew out the next week to do the pruning. They saved our tree and did a great job pruning the canopy as well as the other smaller trees on our property. We are having them come back out to spray as well. I would highly recommend them. Laura was great about setting up the appointments and communicating with us. The crew that came out were very professional and made sure they cleaned everything up. I wish we had gotten them out sooner!

My initial call for an estimate was easy, and scheduling was very organized and easy. The estimator showed up on time and gave several options on the quote, and provided a business card in the event of questions. After signing the invoice, my removal was scheduled. I received several reminder notifications and the crew arrived on time. The removal was very professional and they had all of the equipment to keep it safe and efficient. The entire tree was removed hours ahead of the estimated time, and this crew did an incredible job with cleanup. There was not so much as a twig left in my yard on completion. This company is really outstanding in their focus on the customer and the professional manner in which they operate. I'm very confident in their abilities and they were truly professional in all aspects of what they do. The owner of this company must be very proud of what they built. I made the unfortunate decision of hiring these guys. They showed up a few times early in the season and then skipped quite a few scheduled services. Isn't that tantamount to stealing from me? I called to let them know that I'm not getting the service that I paid for and while they then sent somebody out, they refused to credit back the services that were missed, even as he was standing right on my weed-covered lawn. Additionally, the person that did come out sprayed half of my landscaping. FOLKS: They last touched my lawn in the late summer of '23 and the landscaping they sprayed is STILL recovering. When I called and asked to speak with the owner about all this, the owner couldn't be bothered to come out and refused any accommodations; they offered to service my lawn again at full price and that's all. They basically told me to shove it. Legitimately one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. You couldn't pay me to have these idiots come to my place again. May there be a bankruptcy upon their business. Save yourself and look elsewhere. UPDATE: In regard to the transparently pathetic attempt to come across as caring from Scott below, he, THE OWNER, was originally the one to tell me to get bent.
