The AC unit in my house was out for 2 weeks in 100 degree heat, and management made no effort to reach out with help or provide any portable units. During this time we were forced to by a portable unit for my room to make it livable, where my roommates had to sleep on my floor. As a result of this out electrical bill was also substantially higher. We reached out to management to ask for a rent adjustment because of the money spent to get a portable unit as well as to compensate for the fact that our house was not in livable conditions for two weeks. No conversation was had and our plea was promptly denied with no apology or sympathy. Would not recommend this business at all. read more

I would not recommend Iron Eagle PM based on my experience using them for the last 3 years to rent out a home I own. Nearly impossible getting a response from anyone by email or phone. When you do get a hold of them, they are snotty and rude. (They have a guy working there who's decent and kind) My tenants moved out early April, the cleaners that Iron Eagle hired, had to come back three times from stuff they missed and still left dirty streaks down my living room wall and floors were a disaster. Iron Eagle had staff do a walkthrough (without me approving) and said all was clean and good to go. Not the case, hence the cleaners having to come back two more times. Also, had to call them in due to outlets not working, soap dispenser in the kitchen broken and a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms. This was a pain in talking with them, as I got the run around and finally a maintenance man was called. Took him a few days to come and fix it, but he did a great job. I called to ask questions about getting their lockbox picked up and I could hear the owners daughter yapping away saying how ridiculous it was getting because the cleaning wasn't done to my satisfaction. When someone moves out, a home should be cleaned properly and ready for the next family to move in. Am I wrong?!?!?!!!!! On top of that it's Memorial Day weekend and my neighborhood pool opened and we're not able to use it because they didn't return our pool key to us when they dropped off the house keys. Upon many emails, with no response, I called and was told that management was out until Tuesday and I'm out of luck. Like, really?!?! Would not recommend. The place is falling apart at the seems. They are very stingy when it comes to fixing the issues of the house regardless of the danger they bring. My ceiling is bowing in completely with cracks stretching across the whole room as well as all other rooms in the house, which they tried to paint over. There is also a giant non obscured window right in the shower where neighbors can see us perfectly while showering. I tried to have these issues fixed and they blatantly ignored both of them. They raised the rent on me after first year and have ridiculous standards on the lease. My front door has cracks in it that show broad day light with about of inch of space between the door and floor. Can't wait to move out read more

RENTERS, BEWARE. Easily the most frustrating, horrific experience with a property management company that I have had yet. During our time occupying an Iron Eagle property, communication was minimal to none - and short and unprofessional whenever it occurred (as you can even see in their responses to other reviews). Prior to us moving in (following the eviction of the prior tenants, which we found out about by the tape and letter on our door when we checked out the place a few days before moving in), the front hallway light fixture was missing, there were no rollers installed for the closet doors, the walls were water damaged and in poor condition, and the shower rods were already falling out of the wall. Yet, Iron Eagle used over $500 of our deposit to pay for all of the above. Now to get specific about our particular unit (located between Franklin and Emerald, Curtis and Cole). The wall heaters would smoke and smell because of the years-worth of dust and pollutants that had gathered. We had to replace the filters on the wall air conditioning unit ourselves (as Iron Eagle said they would not do so), which ended up still not working. It ended being 98 degrees inside the unit during the summer days, even though we had window film on the windows in addition to curtains. They also advertise the fireplace, but you actually cannot use it. They were fine leaving a burnt log and a sooty wall upon our move-in though. For these specific reasons, this unit (and I wouldn't be surprised if it is similar in other Iron Eagle properties) is extremely unsafe for nonhuman companions, children, and asthmatic individuals. You can forget about decorating because there are many coats of paint, and they will peel off of the wall because the paint drips off the wall. There is a tree that grew out of the side of the house, and it was our responsibility to cut it down even though it was there prior to us moving in. The faucets dripped and the toilet was damaged. They advertised an in-unit washer/dryer on the unit posting, but we ended up not getting them. We had to find off-property laundry services that we had to pay for in order to do our laundry. From the molding cabinets and cigarette-stained bathroom counter to the stained windows and sticky doors, the filthiness of the heaters to the nonexistent air conditioning, the short communication to the ghosted emails, the broken and ripped window screens to the stained glass that we got charged for, and finally the raise in rent with the new year: the specific property and our experience with Iron Eagle was both a physical and mental health hazard. -1/10 would recommend. read more

After moving out of one of there properties they proceeded to charge us completely unreasonable and unwarranted charges. I requested multiple itemized receipts so I could see what we were being charged for, and they absolutely refused to provide us with it any details. Instead they've now sent us to collections. The sad part is the amounts don't even match. This company is a huge joke that will rip you off any chance they get, very greedy and rude. I have called for two years regarding a property next door to me. The property was purchased 2 yrs. ago. In pristine condition, now yard not mowed or watered, trash, 5 dogs, 4 bedroom that they rent out rooms. They state if a home front yard is not taken care of they have a service to do this and charge the home owner. They tell me it is a process, seriously? I have tried to speak with the home owner, they will not have any thing to do with that. Yesterday one was walking from the home with a AR 16 and rifle, just walking around the corner. Where he was going, who knows. My rating is zero, I am filing a complaint with the BBB, they need to hold up to the contract they issued. I am fed up!!! read more

Terrible customer service in person and over the phone. Any slight disagreement, and they get all snooty with you and try to hang up. They give you the run around and never give you straightforward answers. They are dictators, there is no way to appeal anything with them, it's just their way. Where we live, our patio is considered community property so we can't have like box sit out there for more than a day, they gave us a 'NOTICE' when 1/4 of our bike tire was touching the grass. They don't allow recycling, a fellow neighbor of ours got in trouble for recycling. He had some boxes outside. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND living with and through these people. read more

This team is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond for me to get into one of their apartments. They were always so nice and friendly on the phone, I felt like I was talking to a friend not a business. Where do I start... we lived in a house that Iron Eagle Property Management was responsible for and I wouldn't recommend them unless they are your absolute last option. The house we moved into had carpet that was stained and looked gross. The cabinets and counter tops were old and dinghy. The windows were permanently streaked and old, lacked screens so we couldn't open the windows on nice spring/fall days without letting flies into the house. Why would we move into a place like this you ask? We we're finishing up college and needed a place to stay. Over our first year we did our best to clean the property up, fix things if they needed to be fixed and always paid rent on time. When it came time for the lease to be renewed, we got a letter saying your rent is going to be increased by 100 dollars. The management company had done absolutely nothing to merit increasing rent. No screens had been fixed like we requested, no nasty carpet from past tenants replaced, the same old cabinets and same old counters with grout that hasn't been white in years. Yet they hiked the rent up on us. When we rebutted the rent increase, the owner (Kathy) told us that the owner of the property wasn't even breaking even on the property and that's why the rent needed to be increased. Now I work in this industry, I understand how to look up past sale prices and I looked up the historical interest rates for when the property last sold. I calculated the payment for the property mortgage and very quickly realized that she was lying and the owner was not "under water". But none-the-less we were bullied into signing a lease at a higher rent. In short, the management company never responded to our requests for maintenance after the rent increase. The property had outlets that didn't even hold a plug any more, outlets that didn't work at all, the screens for the windows were never replaced and the ceiling fan was never fixed, so one rooms light fixture didn't work for the greater part of two years. After we moved out we were charged for a cleaning fee even though the house was left in better condition than we received it. A sink stopper that was never there to begin with, we were charged for replacing. If you'd like a non-responsive, mismanaged property with unfair rent increases (I would have totally been fine with paying $100 more a month if some improvements had been made), and a company that practices dishonest business practices, go with an Iron Eagle property. If all of that sounds absolutely distasteful, let me tell you, there are much better property managers out there than Iron Eagle and Kathy, look elsewhere for your living situations. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I was excited when I initially found this company, as they were so nice; until I signed my lease and got my money. The apartment was outdated, mold (had to sign to clean it myself), water damage, blinds were dirty, I can deal with all of that. However, I cannot deal with a company that takes MY deposit to cover charges to replace THEIR broken sinks. If something broke, I was questioned and forced to fix it (I am a renter) it's not my responsibility, it is the owners. I was also shocked when my air conditioner went out and they couldn't get out and fix it for 72 hours, just to find out the filter hadn't been changed since 2014 (it was dated). I was also accused of having animals I didn't have, because a neighbor was walking her dog near my apartment. Please save yourself a headache, rent anywhere else. read more

Communication with management is terrible. They have a friend that lives near by that complains to them when any sound wakes there baby on everyone. Asked for lease agreement just to review over it since there friend here was complaining about me and my wife so bad me and her just wanted to leave and only been here 2 months and it's the worst apt complex we have ever been at. We report issues with the garage not locking they won't come out to replace the lock. There's a fist size hole in the cabinet in the kitchen from past tenant and they didn't replace the door they just glued it so bad looking.
