Everything was pinned to the proper length while my wife was wearing the dress so everything would be discussed and understood. Especially how the straps needed to be altered. We don't know where everything went wrong, but it did!!! When my wife picked up the dress on Friday she was devastated by the alterations that were done. when she came home crying I was in disbelief with the workmanship we spent the whole weekend running around to Tucson and phoenix we could not find another dress, but did find one on line. We did bring the dress back Monday even though there were seams in the wrong locations and seams where there should not have been tears in the material. Bill said he would have his seamstress fix it she can work miracles, (it should have been done correct the first time). I received a phone call from bill on Wednesday saying the dress could not be repaired come get it (very rudely like its our fault). While at the tailor shop or should I say(Chop Shop) we discussed the outcome of the dress I asked for the replacement cost for the dress Bill replied NO (very cold), He also said the alteration refund would have the percentage deducted from the credit card charges I said no we would like all the alteration charges refunded. Bill kept saying I told you it could not be done that way!! please do not lie. Bill you never said anything like that to my wife, if you can't do the work just say so, we are out a lot of money and time. Unless it is the simplest alterations I would not bring it to this place!!!! I would just plane old not bring it there save yourself the stress and disappointment. We did find another dress and a great tailor shop, that will do the work the correct way. Thank God.

Got the shirt back a few days later and it fits wonderfully now. Customer service was excellent while looking and being delightful. Now I know where to go if I need some more adjustments to my clothes. The price wasn't too bad.
