I followed up with them multiple times on when glass would be in, they said they would call. I finally talk to someone on 10/16/23. They stated glass was in for a couple weeks and they forgot to call. They set appointment for repair on 11/26 at 230p. Stated someone would call when on the way they did not call and showed up earlier. They were unable to repair and stated they needed two people to repair would be back on 11/2. He stated someone would call me to set time. No one called and one gentleman comes on 11/2 states they are just there to look at it (this would be the 3rd time someone has had eyes on the door) not repair he doesn't know when repair will be. I will not be going forward with this repair. The lack of communication , lack of follow up and lack of knowledge of the techs to repair a glass door is unbelievable
