The service was- meh. I got one refill and two table visits while I was there, even tho there was only one other table with diners. All-in-all I'm pretty disgusted with what I got, it wasn't worth half of what ended up being $15 after the tip. I don't splurge very often, and certainly wish I could rewind and make another choice, but at least going forward I know I won't be returning to Chen's!

The shrimp toast though... Let me tell you something, about this shrimp toaste. It's super important. You need this in your life. Post haste. Like, right fucking now. Next time I go there, I may very well just order dumplings and shrimp toast. It has got a really subtle but steady sweetness that lingers nicely.
