I had no issue with paying a fee for Eric to look at my son's car.. that is customary and expected. What is not acceptable is that he showed up, completely misdiagnosed the issue after a few minutes, collected his fee and left. He said it would take a few days but took no effort to follow up, whatsoever. He blamed my son for not continuing to call him... we fixed the issue ourselves. Meanwhile, this person took umbrage with the negative review and became aggressive with his responses and texts to my son. I'm shocked that yelp allows legitimate negative reviews to be removed... this should be a "mobile battery charger" service and not a mechanic.

He found that 2 clogged water pipes were causing the leak. Not only did he clear the pipes and fix the issue, but he also removed a dead rat from the attic that we did not even know was there. He suggested adding a safety switch to the pipes to prevent future leaks, which was helpful advice. The service was fast, efficient, and professional. The price was right on par for the type of work that was done, making it a solid value. I would not hesitate to call them again for future services and will recommend them to others.

Blackstone Ave. The prices are the same as other places that conduct oil changes in the area. A big difference is that you can drive through and depending on what time of day and if they're not busy, you should be done in like 15 to 20 minutes. I was in and out the Manager on duty Joey even came out and assisted with my car due to. It's a smaller vehicle and requires some extra assistance for maintenance. This is the first time that I ever experienced a manager actually in introducing themselves during an oil change so I appreciated that and I'm sure other customers do as well. I also had got the replacement of the car engine filter. Thank goodness they had the engine filter in stock. Overall, I was highly pleased with the services provided to my vehicle.
