Their trailers and tires are junk! Tires are a safety hazard, these tires started cupping from the first haul and continue to worsen to the point of blowing out! You'll pay top dollar for crap! You'll deal with incompetence at every level. They have no backing by the BBB and you must go thru locked gates(which are locked as soon as you pull thru) to view or buy anything on the lot. These gates are locked I'm sure because there's a lot of folks that get pissed at their games! Or there's something other than trailer sales happening here. Their great when you want to buy, but warranty on a new trailer or tire issues on a new trailer, they don't want anything to do with you! You must have an appointment and they will message three times to confirm! The product is crap, the staff is shifty, I have had nothing but a huge hassle with the warranty and their defective product. I bought this model in November 2021 and today am picking it up for the fourth time for warranty issues that they have kept trying to put a bandage on, (and again today tried to put another bandage on a part they stripped, using just one laying around the shop not getting the right part, didn't fly)never truly fixing the issue, until I could prove over 6 months with photos, measurements (hoops they made me jump thru, no investigation on their end, kinda like, Prove it!)and all the time I've done on my end to prove to trailers plus and carry-on(the manufacturer) that there is a huge safety issue with their piss poor design! My biggest complaint is their piss poor warranty and following thru with quality work! They get so many people involved(that don't have customer service skills, multiple phones numbers that you can never reach a human at, don't return calls, refer you to the manufacturer) that won't help you or take responsibility for their product they hope you'll go away! They have a HUGE design issue on their Patriot model and the dealer and the manufacturer(carryon) really don't care that you purchased their unsafe, hazardous trailer, so if I were you, I'd look elsewhere, your headaches won't be worth it! My next stop Monday morning is with our attorney( he has been following along for 6 months with this, telling us to try and let them right the issue first)so save yourself, do your homework, these trailers are CRAP! They'll run you around til you get so mad or frustrated you'll move on! read more

First time trailer buyer and these guys were more then helpful. I got a good price on a 10x4 compared to other similar brands. The warranty is incredible and i can get my trailer fixed literally anywhere in the country where they have a trailers plus (they are everywhere). Recently I had my trailer broken into and they fixed it no problem and actually helped reinforce it so it would make it harder to get into. Brandon and Logan are good dudes. Here are the repair pictures that they did on my trailer. Didn't replace the wood (which is stressed) and did a horrible welding job. These trailers and to support from this company are horrible. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.... I emailed them these pictures and have had zero follow up. The trailer I bought says its rated for 4800 lbs the machine I haul is 2000 lbs. Super good experience at this trailer's plus location. Brandon and Logan both helped us. Brandon was our sales guy and Logan helped us on the phone and set up and appointment and helped the guys in the back hook up the trailer to our Jeep. I really liked Brandon because my husband and I have both been in sales our whole adult lives and he literally did not try to upsell us and just gave us the facts. All the guys also knew a lot about the trailers capacities etc. which was nice because we didn't know a lot about trailers. They had a decent amount of inventory. We went in and picked one out and got it hooked up all same day. I felt bad cause they hooked it all up in 90+ degree weather. 10/10 recommend. I would also like to say that my grandpa has been driving with a trailer for years and the tires on them (unless you upgrade) are always basic. Buy a spare and know your load capacity. That's not the fault of the company if yours goes flat on your journey. Long story short I had tire issues the first time I pulled it after buying. Big tire blow, blew off the fender causing a huge 5:00 am fix on the 99 (luckily I bought the spare). Went to the tire place when it opened and was told the original tires were junk just by looking at the remaining one. Bought a new set and made it to the destination. REALLY disappointed at the warranty situation afterwards (it's through another company and that's always the excuse). I spent hours and hours dealing with it and still have no solution (trying to reimburse less than what I paid for the spare). Wait to buy your trailer from another place even if they are hard to come by. Trailers Plus is more expensive and it has not made for a better experience. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE! NOT HAPPY! Started off as a scavenger hunt to find the place, 2 hours before they closed. Their phones are answered by a remote call center, not locally. It's next to impossible to call direct to local store. They were trying to close & we were rushed out the door with the wrong sized trailer. Came back next day as soon as they opened for the bigger more expensive trailer & the senior management in some distant city won't exchange. Even though we are willing to suffer some financial loss. We tried for over 3 hours to negotiate a settlement & we're told to leave, so they could close for lunch. read more

Horrible service. Sent a crew to pick up a trailer. They promised to take a corporate check since I bought several trailers from them. My crew waited over an HOUR for them to clear the check. They said they were waiting on their corporate office to approve. After about 1- 1/2 hours of waiting I had my crew unhook the trailer and leave. I urge you to buy elsewhere! Here's my experience: My fathers businesses have purchased trailers here before; the last trailer had so many problems- from the floorboard coming up to electrical not working and more! We took it back so many times and they'd "not know" about the other issues until I finally had to make a document with ALL of the problems so ALL could get fixed for once and I had someone there sign for acknowledgement so they couldn't lie anymore. That was the only way we were taken seriously. Once this issue was resolved we decided to give another chance and my father attempted to purchase a brand new trailer. My father is using it to move four hours away and he made it well known that he couldn't personally be there but will send a corporate check with my fiancé. He also tried to pay with debit or credit card over the phone and they declined to allow that. Fine. But Brandon C. said because we had bought before he will take a business check. My fiancé gets there, signs all kinds of paperwork waits for OVER 2 HOURS until they finally say they can't take the check. He even already had the trailer hooked up and had to detach it!!! We had movers waiting and wanting to charge for waiting of course and my fiancé shows up with no trailer for them. Absolutely not okay to do to anyone/ someone who has bought multiple trailers before! They've lost our companies business and our friends, family and employees know to not trust them. read more

This place provided incredible customer service. I walked in and they were busy but immediately addressed me and told me to feel free to walk around their lot and look at their inventory. A Salesman met me soon after and listened to my needs and showed me the perfect trailer for my situation. The salesman was friendly and not pressuring at all. He was knowledgeable about the product. When I pushed towards a discount they were willing to work with me. Upon purchasing the trailer they explained the DMV paperwork and the maintenance and care of the trailer paperwork thoroughly. They tried to hook the trailer up to my truck but quickly discovered I had a blown fuse. They replaced my fuse at no cost and made sure I was safely secured and sent me on my way. The business itself was very clean and had mini trailer accessories to purchase . They even offered me bottled water on the hot day . My experience was very positive with this company.
