I can only speculate that this is where it happened because of the fact that I provided all of my personal information and then less than 24 hour time frame until my identity was stolen but I'll let you be the judge. I don't provide my information to just anyone. Other than that, I love my trailer. I strongly dislike their rude staff, and overall poor customer service. I waited a month after purchase for pickup and was provided no status updates or communication. I had to convince a shop boy to give me the owners cellphone number to get service. The owner assisted me and handled the situation. Which is the only reason, that I did not cancel the sale. The owner was overall extremely helpful once he discovered the issue with his staff. I would not recommend the Sacramento location or their service location. I give one star because that is the least I can give.

After purchasing a brand new trailer from them they barely return calls or messages, and ignore any normal requests for information on something that I just spent tens of thousands of dollars on. So I called Camping World and spoke with Joseph in the Service department and he said they could help me with that, so I made the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment Jason was my service advisor and he was very helpful and friendly. He asked if I wanted them to dispose of the hitch and I said no, I was going to they and sale it. It didn't take long for them to finish the work. And I was charged what I was quoted. When I got home I thought I was going to be able the drag the hitch off the back of the truck and on to a cart. No way, it was way too heavy. So the next day I called Jason back to see if the offer still stands and it did. Jason's team removed the hitch from bed and I was very happy to be done with it. Thanks again to Jason and his team.

During the finance process, we were offered three optional protection plans. We agreed to purchase only one of them. However, the finance representative, Marcus Mele, presented paperwork for all three plans to be signed. Believing the documents reflected what had been explained to us, we signed them. We later discovered that we had been enrolled in three different protection plans, despite only agreeing to one. When I contacted Camping World to cancel the unwanted plans, I was informed that one of them could not be canceled. I requested cancellation of the other two plans immediately. It has now been more than 30 days since my cancellation request. I have not received the refunds, any status update, or any meaningful communication despite multiple follow-up attempts. I also spoke with the General Manager, Carson, at the Fresno location. Instead of investigating my concerns, he dismissed my account and defended his employee without addressing the facts or helping resolve the issue.

The rust I paid to fix and they missed twice. HIS EMAIL: Hi Rich, I hope you are doing well. I have been talking things over with the team here and we have decided to work with you in getting the rust and paint repair in the ladder area taken care of. We have a guy over at xxxyyyyy in Huntington Beach which is close to xxyyxxy. We have reached out to them and they said they can take care of the repair. We have worked with them on other projects and vise versa and have built a good relationship with them. Let me know what your thoughts are on this so we can move forward and address this issue. Best regards, Peter I took it to get an estimate. That up-fitter could not do the work. I finally got the van in to another mobile home repair shop to complete the work. It cost $2300 dollars. I had used them before and Sportsmobile (the former prior to FieldVan) approved them to fix the van under warranty. I sent three emails and left voicemails letting peter know that I found the shop to complete the repair and to please reimburse me. Nobody replied. I left a long voicemail. NO reply. I finally fixed the van and sent them the invoice. THIS IS THE LATEST RESPONSE: Hello Rich, Your van is past the warranty period and these services were not approved by Field Van. We had an independent shop inspect your van and reveal that the rust was due to normal wear conditions when living by the beach. Field Van will not be reimbursing you for the repair work that was done to your van. Thank You, PETER DEL TORO FIELD VAN, INC. We wanted to see several models to make sure we didn't go too big but could still fit what toys we wanted to get. The salesman seemed like we were a bother and interrupted his smoking session even though there was no one else shopping on the lot. He eventually told us that we should like most people and go on the Internet to find what we want and walked away saying to find him if we had anymore questions. I explained that I've looked on the Internet but like buying a house, I wanted to walk inside to get an actual feel for the space. Anyway he walked to his car, grabbed another pack of smokes and we just left. I guess they expect someone to just walk in and impulse buy and not look at different models and sizes.
