The front desk staff here is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, which sets a great tone right from the start. When checking out other locations, it helps me learn about the community that frequent the one I'm visiting. As always, Planet Fitness has diverse age & fitness levels so everyone is welcomed. They have towels, disinfecting wipes, wired headphones if you've forgot yours (I bring my own so I'm not wasting headphones that will end up in a land fill), water, clean bathrooms. Only odd thing about the gym is its placement; it's in the grotto behind the swimming pools, so the walk from elevators to gym is across the lobby, across outside seating, down the stairs to the pool, around the pool past the waterfall, past the game room, then you find it. Not a big deal either way, just hard to find, and not ideal if it's raining on your way to the gym, because you're going to get drenched.

There's convenient off-street parking all around the facility, and plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby making it perfect for multi-day meets or out-of-town families. It can be a little tricky to find the pool for the first time since it's tucked away off the main road, so don't rely solely on a quick glance at your map. Once you're there, everything's easy to access. We only wish there was a bit more spectator seating. With big events like this, the stands fill up fast. I have never practiced in anywhere that I get so much personalized attention. Instructors are also available for private classes as well. There is a wide variety of classes to choose from which is really awesome, and also classes that focus on breath, meditation, and other related topics. Looking at the website gives you a greater understanding of the range of classes offered. The space is very neat and modern with a pleasant fragrance. Cubby holes are available for your belongings, and there is someone to check you in at the front desk. You will need to enter through the back of the building, and I think there's ample parking space in the strip center where it is located. Classes can be purchased one at a time (currently $15) or you can buy a package of classes. Highly recommend this studio!
