Cole, the owner, showed up and seemed to be somewhat knowledgeable of this tree and in general of Trees. He agreed that my Douglas Fir was not in any danger of falling down anytime soon along with the 2 other certified Arborists who came out earlier and gave me their opinions at no charge. I asked Cole would he write up a simple report of the inspection he was doing and attach to it a few of the Tree Companies he was recommending to do the work he was suggesting i get done and he told me Sure No Problem. He would send it to me thru email After the inspection that day, I waited a week and did not receive anything from his company. I waited another 10 days before I sent him a friendly reminder that i was still waiting on the writeup of his inspection and STILL to my surprise I received no response and I thought Wow this guy seemed like a friendly professional person. Why no response? After a month I informed his company that if I didn't receive a response I would write a review and I wanted my money back. So this is where we are at now! Although Cole may seem professional and friendly at first. It appears as though he is somewhat CHOOSY as to who he follows through with. I am not sure why he chose not to send me this write up of his inspection but I would like my money back at this point . $75 maybe nothing to him but its groceries, gas, diapers for my 2 year old etc. I cannot recommend this company based on how they DID NOT HONOR what they promised and Also because of the way his team totally never responded to any of my messages thru their website , never attempting to resolve this matter. The yard needed much pruning of some trees and removal of some others. Cole Stevens of Canopy Solutions came highly recommended to us by a neighbor. Cole and his crew have extensive experience and are thoroughly skilled in the care of trees. Their work brought the yard from a bit of a jungle to a open and very attractive space. The fruit trees were pruned for improved shape and productivity. Others were pruned to maximize their health and appearance. The crew was very efficient and left the yard cleared of all cuttings. We were very pleased with this company's work, their cost, their personable interaction us and of course their vast experience and skill. I recommend them highly to others and will call Canopy Solutions for our future tree work, including planting some new trees next spring.

We found out that many of the trees were infected with a fungus and rotting inside. Richard was honest, and upfront from day one and we hired him right away. The accuracy and experience demonstrated while they cleared nearly all of our trees in a matter of a few days left a huge impression on us as well as their professional and friendly demeanor. He left ruts on both sides of our driveway and rolled over decorative rocks trying to manipulate his rig. He left his trailer blocking the road so neighbors couldn't get out, for multiple days. He sent us 1/16 of the amount then said, this is your fault, don't contact me again." If you want communication this is not your man. If you want someone to do exactly as you ask, this is not your guy. If you want to talk about how he draws conclusions this person will not communicate anything except your payment. Now. Full amount. With signed contract that he can then dissolve at his whim. You may be able to work with him but just know his ego is driving the bus.

We used this landscaping company for approximately three years. During that time, there were…read morerepeated issues with incomplete work and damage to landscaping on our property. Concerns we repeatedly raised included flowers being removed or damaged, weeds left in beds, trimming requests going unaddressed, and our sprinkler system still not being turned on despite it being nearly June. We continued to be told these items would be addressed, but many concerns remained unresolved over long periods of time. The most significant issue involved a mature Japanese maple being trimmed with a hedge trimmer type tool without our permission. While we were told the tree would survive, its appearance and natural shape were permanently altered. We were uncomfortable with both the method used and the lack of authorization before the work was performed. Initially, responsibility for the trimming was denied until I provided security camera photos showing the work being done. To be fair, Andy did offer replacement flowers and arranged for an arborist opinion regarding the tree. However, instead of fully backing the work performed and resolving all outstanding issues, we were left with incomplete items that were included within the scope of the service agreement. Once concerns were raised regarding the maple, the working relationship was ended while unresolved maintenance items still remained incomplete because Andy will not take accountability and wants to say I will never be satisfied when factually I gave him every opportunity to fix things like the 3x over 3 years they ripped out flowers out of the flower beds. We also requested removal of photos of our property from the company's marketing/social media. Rather than promptly removing them, Andy questioned ownership of the property shown in the photos and became unwilling to directly address the removal request and then blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't leave a review and see that my property is still on his Facebook page. It's petty and unprofessional to not remove photos taken from my property of my property that was never consented to in the first place. Overall, communication became difficult, and we ultimately did not feel our concerns were taken seriously despite being long-term paying customers. I would recommend that future customers clearly document expectations, approvals, and requested work in writing throughout the service relationship. I'd honestly not waste your time and money as I did in good faith way too long.
