Cole, the owner, showed up and seemed to be somewhat knowledgeable of this tree and in general of Trees. He agreed that my Douglas Fir was not in any danger of falling down anytime soon along with the 2 other certified Arborists who came out earlier and gave me their opinions at no charge. I asked Cole would he write up a simple report of the inspection he was doing and attach to it a few of the Tree Companies he was recommending to do the work he was suggesting i get done and he told me Sure No Problem. He would send it to me thru email After the inspection that day, I waited a week and did not receive anything from his company. I waited another 10 days before I sent him a friendly reminder that i was still waiting on the writeup of his inspection and STILL to my surprise I received no response and I thought Wow this guy seemed like a friendly professional person. Why no response? After a month I informed his company that if I didn't receive a response I would write a review and I wanted my money back. So this is where we are at now! Although Cole may seem professional and friendly at first. It appears as though he is somewhat CHOOSY as to who he follows through with. I am not sure why he chose not to send me this write up of his inspection but I would like my money back at this point . $75 maybe nothing to him but its groceries, gas, diapers for my 2 year old etc. I cannot recommend this company based on how they DID NOT HONOR what they promised and Also because of the way his team totally never responded to any of my messages thru their website , never attempting to resolve this matter. The yard needed much pruning of some trees and removal of some others. Cole Stevens of Canopy Solutions came highly recommended to us by a neighbor. Cole and his crew have extensive experience and are thoroughly skilled in the care of trees. Their work brought the yard from a bit of a jungle to a open and very attractive space. The fruit trees were pruned for improved shape and productivity. Others were pruned to maximize their health and appearance. The crew was very efficient and left the yard cleared of all cuttings. We were very pleased with this company's work, their cost, their personable interaction us and of course their vast experience and skill. I recommend them highly to others and will call Canopy Solutions for our future tree work, including planting some new trees next spring.

These branches were safety hazards and very likely will break during the winter season and cause roof damage or injure tenants. Very important that I hired a contractor with all the safety following. Jessie's crew did an excellent job tie down the heavy branches and cutting so they don't fall uncontrollably injuring someone or damaging the property. I hired Badger Curbing to install landscape curbing in my front yard June 2022. In September, I…read morehired them to also install curbing in my backyard. We were gone on vacation during the second pour so we did not see the disaster until we arrived home. Phillip, the owner, had come out to our property to see how bad the curbing looked. He did not notify me of the problems that I discovered on our return. After I got back and saw the condition of the curbing, I immediately contacted Michelle and sent her photos asking, "What happened to my curbing?!!!!!" Phillip and Michelle, the owners - they said that they would remove the curbing and install it again. I asked them what they were going to do different on the next pour that would have a quality result. Michelle guaranteed me that they investigated and found out what they are doing wrong and would correct it on the next pour. I asked to speak to Phillip to be assured they figured out what they did wrong and would correct it. Badger Curbing tore out the first curbing and installed all new curbing in November 2022. Initially, it looked fine, however, when I started working in the garden this spring, I noticed how horrible the curbing looked. The second install is more egregious than the first! The concrete is horribly blotchy and the top layer is flaking off. It look rough and corroded. Again, I notified Phillip and Michelle immediately and sent them. photos. At this point I am asking them to remove it and give me a refund. I have over 1,000 lineal feet of curbing and spent over $10k for it. It looks hideous. Phillip is now pushing back and seems to want a third try at this. Every time it is done, I lose 3 more days of business because we host an Airbnb on our property. Phillip admits it looks horrible and even admits he has no idea why it happened. Today, Phillip sent out a buddy of his who he represented as a concrete expert, who couldn't identify why it is failing because he wasn't here to see how the workers poured the curbing. He just kept repeating that it is part of the curing process. Ironically, if this is normal and part of the curing process, everyone's curbing should look like this, yet, Phillip clam is there isn't another customer out there whose curbing looks like mine. I've contacted 2 other curbing companies who looked at our curbing from Badger and they said the job is "egregious" and that the curbing is very poor quality.

I needed two things done - Trim a large hedge and remove all the weeds from the property. After a…read morefew cancellations and no-shows on our planned times, they finally showed. The hedge overall was trimmed well but the corner was over-trimmed because they started there with a ladder that wasn't tall enough. (I came out to stop them before they over-trimmed the entire hedge) For the weed removal, after they left, I spent 3 hours removing the weeds they missed. I suppose I shouldn't have paid them or let them leave until all the weeds are removed, but based on existing reviews I trusted that they would have that attention to detail. They also removed some plants that I wanted to keep. Based on that, I'm left with the impression that they aren't very good at determining what a weed is. Nice guys, but for $750, I expected better.
