Integrity Tree Works failed to show up at all for a scheduled appointment for an estimate for tree…read moreservices and gave no notice it would not be showing up. This occurred even though Integrity rescheduled the appointment already one time, Integrity chose both the date and time, Integrity required a two hour window for the appointment, and Integrity confirmed the appointment the day before. I waited 4 hours. When I later contacted Integrity, I learned the no-show estimator is the CEO (owner) of the company, he then incorrectly claimed he sent me a text he was running late the morning of the appointment, and he expected me to set aside another day for a new appointment. I checked my text messages and he in fact sent no text. He then admitted I got no text and claimed he must have sent it to a wrong number. He gave no explanation why, if he was running late, he still either could not have come in the two hour window that had a built in buffer for running late or offer to come later the same day (the window was 12am to 1:00 pm). "Integrity" does not accurately describe this company.

Tony Canzler and his crew arrived and immediately got to work setting up and proceeded to remove a very tall, very messy pine tree with multiple trunks in my front yard. They handled it extremely efficiently, were safety conscious and respectful of my property. The crew was friendly, polite and even offered to chip up some limbs that we were cutting elsewhere.
