All of the instructors have been very helpful and hands on with the exception of Shelby so I try to avoid her classes. Finding parking has never been an issue for me but I can see it getting packed during peak times. If you're new, try to go 5-10 minutes earlier to ask questions about the mega reformer as the classes fly by. It can be intimidating but just focus on form and don't forget to take grippy socks as they charge $20 for them.

In my opinion, you are behaving in the most disrespectful way! You notified me while I was looking for parking before entering the class! And you charged me another $30 for a late fee!!!! The height of insolence! I'm still waiting for my money back! Regarding your scheduling and registration, it didn't work for me personally as a mother of 3, so I felt that the money I was paying wasn't worth it to me if I couldn't schedule classes! Prices are relatively comparable for the area. Purchasing classes in bulk brings the price down a bit. There's a sauna on premises, which is a nice differentiator from some of the other nearby options. They are available on ClassPass, as well. One thing I despise about this place, though - the parking lot in the back. The spaces are tiny and there's way more patrons than spaces. It's also shared with the neighboring business. I always make sure to include it in my routine and try to book classes when Melinda is teaching. She takes the time to correct form in such a supportive way, which makes a big difference. I was about a year postpartum when I joined the gym and I can honestly say that Diana helped me feel good again. Her motivational words with the right amount of push helped me get breakthrough in my work out journey. The gym is immaculate. They guide you through the exercises and keep it positive. The studio has lots of time slots available and the pricing is fair compared to other studios. Now to the CONS The studio is dirty. I've only gone twice and both times it's back to back classes so the studio doesn't get cleaned in between. Both times, I saw lots of hair on the floor, my mat, in the reformer and just lots of other crumbs and boogers, whatever else accumulated throughout the day. The class is designed like a circuit and you don't use the reformer the entire time, both times juts one exercise used the machine. It's very strange to be in a Pilates studio and not use the machines more. The equipment (weights, benches,etc) is worn out, cracked, dirty and just needs updating. Overall, I got a great workout regardless and was sweating my brains out so if this stuff is not an issue, you will enjoy the class as everyone else in there is happy to be there and clearly been coming for a while. But for me, I really wanted a reformer class that utilizes the machines for the majority, if not the entirety of the class.
