We were told we need to give 30 days notice and the owners WILL NOT budge. The guys who run this place are nice and try to be helpful, but they said it is not their call. There are several open spots, so it is not like we are holding up someone else coming in. I am just sad that there is NO compromise when damage was done to our RV WHILE PARKED AT TRAILS END. I would have given them a higher yelp review once we moved out because it is not their fault that there has been a homeless encampment behind our RV and so much damage has been done to many RVs, but the guy who runs it moved our spot closer to the front and by a light. But now we need to get the window fixed and keep it closer to home now to keep an eye on it. So because they are unwilling, I have to give them 1 star only cuz YELP won't allow a 0 star. One positive note, the city finally cleaned up the homeless encampment that was right behind our RV. The first time they cleaned it up, they came right back. This time, the homeless encampment has not been built back up like before.

We needed to store our trailer because the city of Carson is giving tickets for parking our trailer outside of our house while we are preparing to move. We left and found another storage in Orange County when Daniel called and said that we could get the space at Cherry Carson RV because they offer their own insurance. Even though we have proof of insurance. So thank you Daniel for doing your job and fixing what RJ couldn't. The place seems clean and secure. Easy access. It's close to our home.
