I would have given them a higher yelp review once we moved out because it is not their fault that there has been a homeless encampment behind our RV and so much damage has been done to many RVs, but the guy who runs it moved our spot closer to the front and by a light. One positive note, the city finally cleaned up the homeless encampment that was right behind our RV. The first time they cleaned it up, they came right back. We have been storing our travel trailer here for a year now. We find the place to be well managed, clean, and secure. We have also found the manager to be helpful, but she runs a tight ship; and I appreciate that. I do wish the hours of access were broader, sometimes we'd like to pick up or drop off outside the 8-6 window. We were given only 1 gate card, would be nice if both spouses could have one. Spaces aren't wide enough to open any slides, but wide enough to manage backing a trailer with a pickup. Site is level. There is a dump station on site, but new haven't needed to use it yet since we always dump before hitting the road. We are very glad to have a spot here.

I called Chapman RV storage and I told him the situation and they totally understood what was going on and they allow me to start making payments and get out of my space after only 90 days.
