tucked away by the freeway overpass near the 405 is a quaint newer self storage facility called US…read moreStorage centers. highly recommended as the staff steven was very kind and helpful. although one is recommended to look online ahead of space offering sizes and possibly reserve booking ahead of time. they even have a one bedroom move truck available for use included free as look as you book ahead and keep the mileage 50 miles or less. if you intend longer distance usage it is the 67 cents per mile. this in itself was a great deal considering the headache of going to rent the truck elsewhere. the gates are all digitally operated on an app called genie and access to storage are during business hours. i appreciate the kind staff and truck and half off first full months of rent. there is an option to purchase a lock for 19 dollars so that is pretty convenient as well. highly recommended due to friendly helpful staff, location, affordability. thank you steven

DO NOT RENT FROM ANY PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITY!!…read more Onsite Staff are great people BUT Corporate is what makes this place DECEITFUL and SHADY!! Corporate offices of Public Storage raised our rate 40% in 4 months and after asking around will raise it continuously thereafter every quarter! Nobody tells you when you sign up that they will raise your rate up 40% or more. So why would you think as much. They wait for you to move in get everything settled and Hit you with this increase expecting you to pay it! Here is the kicker! I went online and at the same facility for a bigger unit they offered it for less than what I was paying. This Shady practice shows you they are willing to let renters go just so they can get people to pay the increase. And if they don't and you move out they do it to the next person. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau as well as telling everyone I know never to rent from this terrible company. I called corporate office and they basically said there is nothing they can do because it's based on demand. even though I told them I see open units at the facility. It took me 10 minutes to find a storage facility closer to my home with better access hours and 25% less than what I am paying. Already confirmed with new place that they only do rate adjustments every 9 months and the maximum they have done was 9% during a high time. This is acceptable. I made a mistake in signing up with PUBLIC STORAGE but I hope this review helps others in not making the same mistake. I truly hope that public storage corporate reads this and gets their act together. I guess for now I will use my only consumer power and move!! Anyone reading this do not get TRICKED like many of us on YELP. READ all the other negative reviews about shady rate hikes!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
