The valet had just driven off with my car and as we walked up to the building I saw them wanding people. "Oh crap..." Until right then I'd forgotten I had a pocket knife in my pocket. I'm 55, grew up in rural Iowa, and was taught at a young age... If you have a pocket you need a pocket knife. You'd be surprised how often you use one. Even just a standard old grandfather's type knife... I let Security know and they said I'd have to take it to my car...which the valet had just driven off in. And at that point I had no idea where my car was. Lol I spoke to the valet managing the keys and explained my situation. He asked for my ticket. My keys weren't back yet, but he said he'd take care of it for me. It was just a Smith and Wesson buffalo horn Trapper style knife. Probably worth about $80 new or could be replaced with a used one off eBay for $25-$40. Not expensive, but I'm bought it for more than that on a charity auction for a friend of mine who had cancer and has since passed. So monetary value really wasn't as important as the sentimental value... Like the TSA...door security would have just discarded it so I thought... What have I got to lose? If it doesn't make it to my car it would have been gone anyway. We had a good time at the show and honestly I didn't really think about the knife until we walked outside and were waiting for the car. I opened the passenger side door for my friend and then got into the car and sat down in the driver's seat. The knife was tucked in the change compartment just below my driver's side window. I'll check my pockets next time before getting out of the car... Kudos to the Keck Parking staff working the event for going above and beyond! It was much appreciated!

We had an extremely disappointing experience with KBA. Our 3 movers were scheduled between 8-9am…read morebut didn't arrive until nearly 10. One even showed up in flip-flops to move heavy furniture in the rain. Despite repeatedly telling them EVERYTHING was being moved, they continually asked what needed to go. They told us the upstairs was finished, but when my husband checked, they had left numerous items behind. My husband ended up loading at least half of our 5x8 trailer and 26-ft box truck himself. One mover repeatedly took breaks and barely helped. All 3 stopped at different times to FaceTime their girlfriends for around 30 minutes each--time we were charged for. One also left 30 minutes early, which we were charged for. I've called twice asking for a manager and was promised a callback but have received nothing. We paid for 3 professional movers and absolutely did not receive the service we were charged for.
