OMG...why am I just now finding this place? From the outside, I was expecting what I walked into. I walked in and was absolutely impressed. There are so many different, little shops to browse, as well as a bar in the back and a coffee shop in the front. With that said, I grabbed a coffee and made my way into each shop to see what goodies they had to offer. There were sooo many things I could have bought, but I said nope..y'all with NOT take all of my money lol. Vintage clothing, dog treats, decor..all the things. They even have a sewing class, a tattoo shop, and a place to get a wax. Almost a one stop shop for all of your needs. Okay, maybe that's a bit of a stretch, but there's quite a few things to explore. Go check them out and see what you can find!

Thought this place was like the Post Houston where there's many restaurants inside. Sadly this is not the case, and I was so disappointed. There are 2 foods vendors when you first enter, 1 is a sandwich place and the other is a place that served things like acai bowls. If you walk thru the place past the many stores, there's a bar on the other end but I believe they don't serve food. Left and went somewhere else to eat. If you're looking for a place with a variety to eat don't come here.

Passing through Houston and stumbled upon Ironworks--what a hidden gem! This space is such a cool, creative hub with a great mix of shops, workspaces, and a cozy atmosphere. I originally stopped in for coffee at Segunda Coffee Lab, and I'm so glad I did! Their Café de Olla Cold Brew with cinnamon cold foam was soooo delicious. My friend got the jasmine tea with raw honey, which was equally delicious. It's great to see a place that supports local small businesses in such a unique setting. Ironworks has a welcoming, laid-back vibe, with plenty of seating if you want to get some work done or just relax. I wish I had more time to explore everything, but I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Houston! If you're looking for a great spot to grab a drink, shop, or just soak in the atmosphere, this is the place to go.

Super cute shopping area. I come for casitabakes but today I took some time to walk @. Lots of cute shops to browse @ with great deals. Definitely a great way to support small business. A lot of cool art stuff and unique items. Casita bakes have the best deserts. Try them once and you will come back.

First time here and it was so much bigger than I thought it would be. There's still a lot of open spots so I'm really excited to see how it grows and what businesses move in!! I loveeee the big free parking next door and that they have a bathroom inside. I did think about how the upper floors or shops were only accessible by stairs and that would make it inaccessible to many people. There's a good amount of shopping inside and a couple beverage/ food stores right when you walk in. Along with a lot of seating in the front section! I only lot tried Segundo coffee lab and was rather unimpressed with it. As for the shops I feel like they had some really cool things worth visiting for I just wish there were more open. A really cool place to come by regardless it feels really chill inside.

We kept an eye on this vacant building for years... hoping an innovative developer would come in and make something unique for the community. And so far, we like what we see. (And by "we," I mean: my beau and me.) Inside, you'll find Segundo Coffee (with great hours), a CBD shop, vintage clothing stores, vintage furniture and plant shop, a dog boutique, a pagan store (yes, they do tarot readings), a tattoo studio, realtor offices, a mortgage lending co... and on occasion there are additional pop-up boutiques, live DJs, and community mixers. I did almost half of my holiday shopping at these local boutiques. Outside... you'll find parking! Houstonians love their parking lots, so there's plenty of private lot and street parking options. #supportlocal

The vibe is lively but cozy, the coffee was amazing, and the staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. The tacos? SO good. I was personally heartbroken (okay, mildly devastated) that they sold out of the barbacoa so early in the morning -- which honestly just tells you how good it must be. I'll definitely be back to get my hands on one next time. In the meantime, the chorizo and egg breakfast taco absolutely delivered. The flour tortilla tasted fresh and authentic, soft with just the right chew. And the lemon cake? A total sleeper hit -- bright, moist, and the perfect sweet bite to finish everything

I got the canela shaken espresso with normal milk which is 2% instead of whole which I feel is more common for coffee shops. I could've done with a little less honey as the honey flavor was really strong, but otherwise it was a good drink. I also caved and got the chorizo and egg breakfast burrito. With some added cilantro and the green salsa, it was a very good breakfast burrito. My coffee was about $7 which is a bit up there, but I'd say any place is worth trying once! I like their variety of options/flavors and service was nice.

I only tried a couple of drinks. The first one I tried was the matcha average mule and I guess if you like Moscow mules you would enjoy this. I didn't really find the matcha flavor strong or there at all. It had a lot of the lime flavor more than anything else. The other drink I tried was the pretty in pina which is basically a pina colada. That drink was my favorite amongst the two. It tasted like your classic pina colada. Vibe/Decor - 4.5* The storefront is cool, nice entryway and gives a chill vibe. Stepping in it's a bit boutique and free space for studying and chilling, with some music in the background. They have a panty near the door for those in need who want water and snacks, which is a great cause, but sadly I watched it be abused in the short time I was here. The intent is, come in, take what you need, within reason, don't clear it out essentially. Well, I watched a lady load up her bag with snacks and water. It wasn't what I'd subjectively view as "fair." They have some TVs around that at this visit had the World Cup on and there was a nice setup for buying some jerseys if you wanted. Overall, I enjoyed the setup and witnessed plenty of people reading or studying. Food / Drink - 2* They offer some bites and coffee drinks, which is obviously what many are likely visiting for. I ordered an Iced Black Sesame Latte, which also had a black sesame cold foam. The disappointing part, it was nothing to write home about. Maybe I'm a harsh critic here since I make my own Black Sesame simple syrup at home. That said, I did have the person with me try it who has tried my sesame lattes tell me they thought mine were better. I thought, well, maybe I'll get something else if I come back. Service - 2* I can only speak to my personal experience, but when I walked in, multiple people stared at me, as if I was an alien or unwelcome here, it was odd and uncomfortable. I approached the counter to order, asking a couple of questions, which were answered, albeit probably not as anyone would define as "warmly." Now, once ordered, it took longer than one would expect given how few orders were ahead of mine. I was in no rush, but I did witness the gentleman in front of me who was wearing a local business' shirt, seem to pace and anxiously wait. Cost - 1* Anyone who reads my reviews knows I preface this with, always subjective, but it's been awhile since I walked into a place and nearly walked out on pricing alone. That said, I wanted to see if the coffee was worth it at $9+ bucks. Sadly, it is not, particularly when paired with the pace of service. Overall - 2* This is one that I think has a lot of potential, but it just misses on fundamental marks for a coffee shop. At the end of the day, it's a cool vibe and I could see plenty of people wanting to relax here, but in a city, and even area, that has plenty of options, this one is worth skipping. Average coffee, subpar service, and poor pricing. I will not be returning, but hey, I'm only one review and opinion so if you're in the area, maybe your experience will be different.

The bread was so soft and pillowy and the saag paneer was flavored well without being too strong or punchy. The gajar ka halwa bread pudding was amazing - not too sweet which is difficult when it comes to most indian desserts. I recommend eating this warm or heated as it was a bit too dry when cooled or at room temperature. When heated, the cake was moist and buttery which played very well to bringing out some key flavors. We arrived around 10am on a weekday and it was quite empty. There was relatively no wait time for our drinks. My drink was unsweetened so I added packets of sugar into it and the pastry was delightful- crunchy, buttery, sweet, chocolaty on the inside all at the same time.
