Covid 19 times. They require customer to wear face masks for service. If you do not have one, you can buy one from them in order to be serviced. My husband and I recently decided to take on a sprinkler valve repair project for my parents after getting $680-950 dollar quotes. I watched a YouTube video and figured we may be able to save a few hundred off labor. The YouTube guy recommend to go to an irrigation supplies store instead of normal Lowe's or Home Depot and that's what we did. I showed him a photo of all the parts I needed and he put all the parts together along with a detailed invoice for my records. Mario was very friendly and helpful with my diy project. I purchased 1inch new valves, connectors, pvc pipe and cement glue. It came out to around $300+. They also cut the 20ft pvc pipe for me since it soundly fit in my car. That same night, I dropped the supplies of to dads and realized he gave me the wrong measurements for the pipe. It was actually 3/4. I called Mario the following day and he gladly exchanged the parts minus the already cut pvc pipe. He had everything already prepared for the exchange when I arrived. I really appreciate the friendly service and professionalism here. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to DIY some irrigation's projects or artificial Turf. I met Juan from their Covina Location. I was referred to him by one of my gardeners. He was very knowledgeable about the products they carried and even helped me decide on what would be best for my landscape project when it came to Synthetic turf. I was sold on their warranty which I found out was the best out there and trust me I did my research. Their irrigation material selection is good as well. Juan even helped me with my design and even saved me money by showing me how I should get my cuts done. I HIGHLY recommend Irrigation Express and Juan for any Turf purchases.
