My grass was installed in July. It was a smooth consult, scheduling & installation. It looks great! Fast Forward 3.5 months later, my happiness has disappeared. The grass smells HORRIBLE! I have 2 dogs that mostly use a different part of the yard. I had turf previous to this for 5 years and it took 4 years to start to smell. There is ZERO reason for it to smell already. I don't run a kennel over here. When i contacted the company, I was told to buy one of their products they sell OR hire someone to come clean it. This is ridiculous to me & unprofessional. In fact her quote from lawn kings was almost 20% less than a competitor for what I felt was higher quality turf. 20% is no joke for a $7000 job. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time and made my deadline happen. The lawn king crew was pretty nuts. They busted up my 40 yr old trash of a yard and turfed it in under 8 hrs. Pretty crazy considering it was 94 degrees out and the crew was non stop. Nestor was the big dog and was getting plenty dirty. He went above and beyond!!
