My grass was installed in July. It was a smooth consult, scheduling & installation. It looks great! Fast Forward 3.5 months later, my happiness has disappeared. The grass smells HORRIBLE! I have 2 dogs that mostly use a different part of the yard. I had turf previous to this for 5 years and it took 4 years to start to smell. There is ZERO reason for it to smell already. I don't run a kennel over here. When i contacted the company, I was told to buy one of their products they sell OR hire someone to come clean it. This is ridiculous to me & unprofessional. Either the correct grass wasn't installed, it was installed incorrectly, or the product was misrepresented. I will not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Had Lawn Kings put down artificial turf yesterday in my backyard which is just shy of 1000 sq. feet. Very happy with how it looks, very neat and clean. I searched high and low for an artificial turf installer for my home and am so glad I went with Lawn Kings. Josh, Steve, Eduardo and the entire crew who did the installation were wonderful to work with. I received 4 estimates from 4 different places, and although lawn kings was not the cheapest (they were 2nd lowest so it was still very competitive!) they gave me the most peace of mind that I was going to get a quality product and flawless installation. I was on the fence between the and another company that felt a little on the shady side (trust those instincts people!) so I emailed Steve (the owner) about my wanting to go with them but facing a lower price from another vendor and he immediately wrote me back (despite it being the weekend- bonus points right there!). He explained the value of going with lawn kings and why his price was what it was. Ended up trusting my gut and going with them. I know some of my neighbors have gone with cheaper vendors and their grass is not looking great now that some time has passed. I learned this is because the installation was not done correctly. Do yourself a favor and protect your investment by going with a company who understands how to properly install turf, otherwise you will have seams showing and ridges and wrinkles start appearing and that just ruins the beautiful aesthetic and clean lines of artificial turf. Josh was my contact for the quote as well as to answer any questions up through the installation- anytime I would text me he would promptly reply. He followed up with me after to make sure everything was good. The team who came to do the work were very conscious of my neighbors and living in an HOA neighborhood- it was very appreciated! They were super quick- prepped my backyard and completed my front yard on day 1 and then finished up the backyard mid day the 2nd day. My dogs have never been so happy they immediately went out to investigate and ended up spending the rest of the day playing and relaxing on our new turf. I am stoked to not have to deal with muddy paws or holes in the yard- not to mention to not have to mow the lawn every weekend in the summer!
