Well, look at the picture: the forklift slipped and damaged my house. To their credit, Arroyo was quick to repair the damage by reputable people. HOWEVER, they denied my reasonable request for a refund of the delivery fee. I think it's safe to say that a customer is owed back a fee paid for a service that resulted in damage to their home. Not a good way to treat a returning customer.

Redwood is Arrow's specialty because it holds fasteners well, is not susceptible to termites, and last but certainly not least, it has enduring beauty. I needn't pick through boards (unassisted) fo find those that are undamaged; Dave won't let me buy split or warped wood! Compared to other lumber yards, or the big home-improvement stores, Arrow is a refreshing and reasonably priced alternative.

They make a profile the first time you call so it's easy to schedule the next one. They even make notes about your location in case access is challenging- I still let them know I need the smallest truck just to make sure they can go into tight drive way. The compost quality could better as its more like decomposing mulch rather than ready to use high quality compost but letting it sit there for some additional time to can do the trick.
