The florals she provided was not quite what I had envisioned - it would have been helpful if she provided images of what flowers were available and what arrangements she was planning closer to my wedding date in case I wanted to make adjustments. It would have been helpful if she coordinated with our silk flower vendor to ensure the flowers matched my vision (I sent both vendors a detailed document of my floral inspirations for each part of the wedding), but the communication between the vendors and with myself were lacking (delay on communication and lack of clarity/transparency).

And it was mostly a miscommunication, as my husband made a last-minute order and the flowers I like were not available. My husband has been getting bouquets from here for many years since we lived in Irvine when we first got married. I loved many of the floral arrangements I've gotten from here. Be clear with what you like and don't like (for me: a no to baby's breath, hydrangeas, orchids; yes to ranunculus, peonies, dried florals) and you will get a beautiful arrangement. I received another picture after they were delivered, and it told me the recipients were surprised and loved the flowers. I've never had so much back-and-forth with a florist before, and I send flowers 3-4 times a year. Occasionally, I might get a picture, but for the most part, I rely on the recipient sending me one. I received a call from Alicia's Flowers, notifying me that the yellow roses they had weren't in the best shape and asked if it was ok to swap out the yellow roses for yellow calla lilies. I confirmed the changed and was very appreciative they called to ask, as well as identifying the condition of the flowers. Upon arriving for pickup, I saw the arrangement waiting for me. I have to say it did look a little different from the online photo, but in the best way! It was even better! The calla lilies matched the tropical theme more than the roses, in my opinion, and the filler leaves were bigger and more even more beautiful than what is in the photo. At this point the person that supposed recieved the arrangement left work since they delivery never arrive in the time frame the agree on. The person may not see the arrangements till Monday where mostly will no look fresh anymore. Update: I got a call from the store that they were 2 hours later for the lots of deliveries they have. I mention that the person was no longer at the location so they offered to change the delivery location. 2 hours later the flowers bee received and look beautiful. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy at the end of the day.

Pickup was just a few minutes after the window they gave (not a big deal), but the guys who did the drop off and pick up were very polite and friendly. Would definitely work with them again.
