I contacted Posh and Lisa for a same day pick up. The arrangement that she made was so professional and fresh. She called that it was ready so quickly. My wife was delighted with the purse bouquet. The colors popped and the flowers stayed fresh for over a week. I am glad I found The Posh Florist and will recommend to my friends.
Wow - incredible customer service and beautiful arrangement! Very reasonable prices as well. Florist was so communicative every step of the way. When I called bc I forgot to include the hospital room # she immediately texted me back. I received a picture of arrangement, given an ETA of delivery, and a confirmation text w/picture once delivered - all done quickly and without issue. It's rare to find exceptional customer service these days, so this was a treat. I highly recommend this florist and will definitely use again!
We can't say enough good things about Lisa from The Posh Florist who did our wedding florals. We first saw her work from a friend's bridal shower and wedding, and we're so glad we did. She can do anything florals from real to faux/silk florals, from home decor to weddings. From the start, Lisa stood out because she can work with any budget, and offered such great pricing for silk florals that looked life-like. Seriously.. I am nit-picky when it comes to details but Lisa provides the best quality and best looking faux/silk florals I have ever seen. Even many of our wedding guests thought the flowers and plants we used were real. Lisa's floral designs were perfect to our liking in every way, from the welcome sign to the ceremony arch, to the bridal bouquets. Everything matched our vision, and Lisa exceeded our expectations when we saw all the florals at our wedding day. She also helped us stay within our budget by repurposing our arch and aisle florals to become our reception centerpieces and sweetheart table florals. Working with Lisa was easy and fun. She was very responsive, and constantly communicated with us to make sure her designs were exactly how we wanted them. Even with all our requests, she was quick and accommodating. She went above and beyond for us, and even delivered a mockup centerpiece to us so we can see what it looks like in person. We would absolutely recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a florist and we will definitely be going back to her for flowers in the future. She truly made our wedding day beautiful!
I made a same day order for these two arrangements. They are beautiful in this photo and even more beautiful in person! I was communicated with every step of the way - before my order, during, and after the delivery was made. You absolutely get what you pay for and get amazing service. The selection was great and even more than I could have looked for.
Lisa is absolutely amazing! I wanted a bouquet for my engagement photos and she created exactly what I wanted. She is very personable and ensured that my budget and vision were possible to make. She even texted me a photo of the bouquet the night before and I told her I didn't like a certain flower - and she fixed it the next day. When I picked up my bouquet I was SO happy it was probably one of the prettier bouquets I've seen :') if you're looking for a florist in the Irvine area, Lisa is your girl. I recently ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my daughter on her first day at a new job. I am always nervous to order online. My regular florist has just become too expensive and Posh had an arrangement online that was within my budget. I received an immediate email from Lisa confirming my order and promise of a photo upon delivery. It was delivered on time, and it was gorgeous. I was so impressed. My daughter loved it. I am the person for my firm who orders floral deliveries for our clients, and I will definitely choose Posh again.
Unfortunately I'm guilty of buying flowers day of Mother's Day, but flowers are hard to maintain until day of ya know I normally would go to Ralph's to get a custom bouquet but I guess they stopped doing that and ofc Trader Joe's was a line so long I couldn't wait. I was looking through Yelp and found The Posh the reviews seemed great and they were nearby so I went, mind you I'm looking for custom because I own cats and dogs and a lot of flowers are toxic to both! I got there and the decor was very Posh hahah! I loved it, I came in said what I wanted, I was even asked what price range I wanted:)! I mentioned a small theme and bam within like 10 mins she made me hand held bouquet! And it was beautiful my mom loved it when I brought it home. Thank you so much I will for sure be coming back and recommending them to others!
Lisa was so quick to make me an arrangement when I called in. She had a beautiful floral design ready for me by the time I got there (12 mins) and asked me what my budget was to fit my needs. Already that is fantastic customer service and care. She also was generous enough to give me a card and a cardette (plastic thingy to hold the card). The flowers looked very fresh and when I stepped into the boutique it smelled wonderful. Thank you Lisa for a fantastic experience.
Lisa is an absolute hero. I was calling every florist in town trying to find somebody with peonies and she saved the day. She made a beautiful bouquet in less than 15 minutes and allowed me to pick them up the same day. She even through in an extra flower and jewel for no cost, even with the flowers already being very affordable. I'd recommend this place to anybody if you want top tier personalized service.
I don't know anything about flowers, so I selected the Designer's Choice for $75. Not only did I get a picture of the flowers texted to me before they left to deliver them, but they also asked a couple of questions to ensure they went to the right place. I received another picture after they were delivered, and it told me the recipients were surprised and loved the flowers. I've never had so much back-and-forth with a florist before, and I send flowers 3-4 times a year. Occasionally, I might get a picture, but for the most part, I rely on the recipient sending me one. So thank you! Above and beyond on so many levels. You're now my first choice for a florist in Orange County. read more

Lisa is an absolute treasure! I have ordered from this shop twice now because it's close to where a good friend of mine lives. For 2 of her birthdays now, Lisa was quick to communicate, makes magic within budget, and is always excited to pour her heart into her work! I just send her a few photos for inspiration, but I can trust her to create something beautiful based on what flowers she can get her hands on if they're in season. I like that Lisa likes to work on her arrangements a day early and send photos / videos for feedback if anything needs to be changed before the day she delivers them. I never need changes because they always take my breath away. On delivery day, I love that she personally delivers them herself and is excited to report to us how the flowers were received. She sends photos if they are left somewhere, or she will let me know my friend was very surprised and happy. It is truly enjoyable working with Lisa, and I look forward to it every time. read more

Today I placed a last minute order online for pick up. I immediately got a call from Lisa, the owner, letting me know color scheme I was hoping for wasn't available. Instead she upgraded me to a beautiful large arrangement and even threw in some chocolates! I'm usually one to stop by the grocery store for flowers, but decided to splurge on an arrangement for a birthday gift. I'm so happy I decided to order with Posh! The flowers were beautiful but the customer service was phenomenal. Lisa even helped me strap in the flowers in my car and taught me how to safely transport them. Looking forward to purchasing flowers in advance next time. My bf's mom really loved the flowers and her face lit up when she saw them! Definitely worth the splurge. read more

I ordered two flower arrangements from Lisa, one with a spring theme get well wish and one for birthday wish. They both are absolutely beautiful. Lisa is a talented flower designer. She listens to what the customer wants and puts her heart and soul into making that happen. The flowers were voluminous, fresh, colorful and long lasting. First of all, Lisa did an incredible job designing a perfect arrangement for my daughter's birthday. I requested pink roses, some hydrangeas and green moss or flowers. Photo attached. It was gorgeous. Then she hand picks a small gift for my daughter from her little store which was so convenient because I wasn't able to see my daughter on her birthday!!! Lisa also offers flower arrangement classes and wreath making classes for groups of six with all materials included!! That would make a fun evening get together or a festive fall wreath making class! This is by far the best, most helpful florist ever. She'll go above and beyond to get things done. She's done everything from last minute arrangements delivered to my wife within hours, custom LED wrapped flowers, even spooky season themed flowers which were my favorite. I tell her a mood or emotion I'm going for and she takes that and interprets it into a floral arrangement and nails it every time. She's done our dinner parties and table arrangements for larger work events and has impressed us every time. Never late, never any hassle and hasn't let me down so far and I'd doubt she ever will. Great florist! I needed a bulk order of (1,000) yellow daisies for a proposal to my girlfriend (now fiancé!) and Lisa was great in helping me! She was really fast in her response to the quote request, very affordable, and helped with delivery, arrangement on-site, and even pick-up of the vases after the daisies were gone. Lisa was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and has great prices. Definitely will come back to her for future projects. :) Edit: Forgot to attach the photo! read more
