I am so impressed with this company over all! I needed a customized table throw and a customized fabric pop up display for an event and gave them literally less then 24 hour notice! Im sure he felt bad for me because i was so stressed i forgot to order sooner so he took on my order despite their already busy work load. They did an excellent job! I wish i could give ten 19 stars! I was very happy with Irvine Printing ... James and Z were super nice an helpful with my business needs. We got business cards made and 2 perforated films for the window. They even installed them for us. It was less than $100 for the perforated 4 foot by 2 feet film and installation too. Highly recommend. read more

Whatever you do, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! AWFUL communication with their customers and Zee ALWAYS find a way to blame the problem on the customer. I was told I will have a printing job ready by a certain day and paid for the order. That day came and my order WAS NOT READY. WTF?? So I requested a refund and he said "there is no way that they can do that" and started yelling at me!!?? HELL NO. not coo. This company does not deserve even one star. I could not believe how incredibly rude and how disrespected I felt at this store. The guy behind the counter spoke to me in a very deragatory manner. Never have I ever felt so disrespected as a woman in my life. Do not go to this printing location. The men here are very rude. He actually stopped talkin to me as soon as my boyfriend walked in to the store. All of a sudden I was ignored. He muttered bitch to me when he was speaking to me. Will never use this shop again. Terrible customer service. The owner Zee was very rude and obnoxious. I have done business with this print shop for the past 2 years, but this year I submitted a printing for another postcard order just as I did in the 2 years prior. But this time the owner of the shop called to berate me that my files were not correct. After submitting updated files, owner called again to berate me because I did not fully format for the acceptable bleed margin. Rather than offer 'If you like, for an extra fee, I can have someone from the shop adjust the files and send them back to you for next time', he continued to rant about how much it's costing him to go back and forth. My suggestion is go elsewhere. In Irvine alone there are plenty of print shops to choose from. read more

I don't actually go there anymore. They had been alright till they messed up a pretty important display job for us for a trade show. I have to stress that up until that point they'd been pretty good. It's just that we had ordered and shown them samples of the display we had and was told that could be done. In the end the project kept getting delayed and by the time we received the banner, the dimensions were too tight for the frame. It collapsed when we sent it to the show. My point is, if they couldn't do it, they could have told us earlier so we could use other suppliers. The fiasco didn't make my boss too happy and as a result I can't even farm out print jobs to them anymore, which they were doing a fine job. Too bad. read more

I've been using Irvine Printing for years now. Initially, I sought their services to print a run of brochures. I called several print shops and their pricing was the most competitive. From that point forward, I have used them for an array of projects (postcards, greeting cards, table-top banners, outdoor banners, large exhibits, etc.). Zee is direct so he is not one to over-promise or oversell; he will provide you with accurate production time quotes and will provide suggestions when money can be saved. He has also extended assistance from his staff to help with formatting and instruction on Adobe programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop- this help is invaluable. I had an atlas (map book) that I needed spiral binding for. After a number of phone calls I found Irvine Printers and they were willing to do the job. Zee is the manager there and couldn't be a nicer person and very helpful. I saw another client come in to pick up her job that was done and Zee even offered to redo it in a manner that suited her needs more than what she had originally ordered. Now that's a step above and beyond normal service! Matt is the one that put the binding on my atlas and this is a very large book measuring 15 x 11 inches with the spiral on the 15' side. They had put it fairly close to the edge but I realize that they were doing the best they could. Bottom line, I would do business with these people again. They try hard to do what a customer wants - what more could a person ask for! read more

Zee did a good printing job for me, items all looked good and helped with getting the items formatted correctly for print. I got two stand up banners and a table cloth all with company logo and all of them looked great. They also shipped to the event location which was a bit fiddly, took some explaining and co-ordination to figure that out, I should have just gone to fedex or UPS myself, but it was nice of them to try and help out. I will use again in future as I prefer to speak to someone before I get bigger items printed. read more

The person at the front desk was very nice and told me I was going to be able to print two fliers on one sheet. When I asked how much it would cost to cut it, the owner got involved and started yelling at me. I still have no idea what happened but he was REALLY rude to the point that I had tears in my eyes. I am not familiar with printing so whatever I asked must have somehow offended him, but no business owner should start yelling at customers in particular because I made it really clear I have never printed anything before and I am not familiar with the process.
