He arrived an hour and a half early and I was just getting out of bed. Didn't seem to understand the size of the sink. Waited about a month and still wondered why I hadn't heard when it was coming. Received call saying they would come the following Wednesday between 11 and 12. At 1:30 I went and walked my dog because they had not showed up. They called and said they were waiting at my house. I showed back up and explained I was waiting for them between 11 and 12 and they responded that they got hung up at a job. Never called to tell me this. Long story short, my 32" x 18" sink was replaced by a 18" x 13" mini bathroom sink. I am so upset to the point of I don't even care about this anymore. Please do not use these people no matter what. Do not go through Lowe's because they use them. read more

After months of back and forth relating to a counter top job through NFM, the deal was no longer available. The terms of the deal and date available were never listed on the in-store signage so when we were ready to pull the trigger on this deal, we were unable to do so in good conscience. It would have been better if they had let us know that there was a deadline on the deal offered to NFM customers as we had already put a deposit down. Fast-forward to now I am happy this happened as we are getting a much better deal and better quality product. I don't suggest ICT because of their questionable marketing and sales tactics. I was amazed at how much attention to detail that my installation crew paid. On the first trip, measuring and discussing what we wanted and how we wanted it done, what how and why he was measuring this and that, discussions on how to do the window ledge, extending the ledge beyond our current countertop, what to expect and so much more. Upon arrival, they measured again then measured again, dod the template, measure again, install, clean up, discuss how to care for it, what to do if we have problems. I was astonished at just how detail oriented and compete the entire team was. If anyone ever has or has had an issue with the guys who did our job, I'd say they could never be happy with anyone. read more

The professionalism of this contractor is the lowest I have ever had the displeasure of having do work. They have damaged my house significantly, very few of the countertops were cut or installed correctly. My bar is actually not square and tilts down Have called them numerous times and they have no interest in solving the issues. Unfortunately Nebraska Furniture mart uses these bozo's as a subcontractor, seems like others have had the same issues with lowes. If your place is using them I would demand someone else. I'm giving one star for the guy who came and measured, he was nice and arrived quickly and communication was good. After he finished and left, I had a couple of questions and tried called the contact I had, Ann. She was the person who originally called me and scheduled the measurements. I called several times, and left a message... she never called me back. I didn't hear from anyone until several weeks later when the counters were ready. So another dude leaves a message to schedule the install. I returned his call within 5 minutes of missing his. He didn't answer. I spent the whole day calling him, had my husband try calling him, we both left messages. He never called back...until the following Monday at 5:56 AM. Yes, BEFORE 6 in the MORNING. Are you kidding me, dude? So not appropriate. I am giving another star for the actual finished product. Installers arrived later than scheduled, but they were polite and got the job done. I'm happy with how the counters turned out, but I would never use this company again. They never answer the phone, no one, not even the main line listed on their website. And they will only call you back if and when they feel like it. read more

I contracted with Irving Counter Top through Nebraska Furniture Mart. I have several issues with the service I received: 1) I was given an installation window of 1-3pm. Their guys showed up at about 11:30am with no notice that they were coming early. I had an errand to run and wasn't able to go since they came so early. 2) They didn't use shoe covers and tracked dirt throughout my house. 3) While they were working I heard a loud bang. After they left, I noticed a big ding in my wall. It was hard to miss so I was pretty upset that the workers didn't tell me they damaged my wall. 4) I called and left 3 voicemails with the owner and still haven't heard back. 5) Lastly, tonight I noticed that one of the counters is not aligned with the cabinet. I will be calling NFM tomorrow to see if they can help rectify the situation since I haven't heard a peep from ICT. Nebraska for sure need to find a different company to work with on their counter top installations. read more

If I could give -5 stars that would still not reflect the experience we have had with Irving Counter tops. Dwayne Randal, one of the owners has a temper problem and is extremely rude. We purchased counter tops from Lowes and got stuck with Irving Counter tops. The process started on Feb. 24, it is now April 25th and we still have no counter tops. When the counter tops were originally installed about a month ago, the under-mount sink we provided was held up with 2x4s and Epoxy. The guys installing everything must have enjoyed the high of the epoxy because they left the lid off the container the entire time they were here. I finally placed the lid on the container; the fumes were overwhelming. The Elkay installation instructions clearly state DO NOT USE EPOXY, but hey, what does Elkay know, they are just the manufacturer. When the sink had been installed, it became evident that the countertops had been cut incorrectly. We specifically stated we wanted a neutral reveal. They were cut with a 3/4" positive reveal. I called their boss and said this is not correct. Dwayne said this is the only way we fabricate counter tops. (really?) Contacted Lowes and they came out along with another Randall Brother. They agreed to correct the counter tops. 3 weeks later, they are supposed to install counter tops today. I contacted lowes and Irving Counter top and advised that we would hire a professional to install the sink. Dwayne Randal called and stated if we are not installing the sink, we won't install anything. I said I don't want you to install the sink, you didn't do it properly. He scream, we did it properly. I said no you had it all jacked up with 2x4s (almost $400 quartz sink held up with 2x4s?) and had our new cabinet all f&^*ed up. He actually blew the top of his head off screaming at me saying he was done. we will not install anything for you CALL LOWES! and hung up. I tried to call him back to ask that they return our sink ASAP. He answered his phone "WHAT?" and hung up before I could say a word. I don't know what this guys problem is, but he has not business working with customers. Especially customers who are spending the kind of money involved when purchasing quartz counter tops. STAY AWAY. Oh, the first time they installed the counter tops, they had not followed their own template and the counters didn't fit, so they cut into newly hung drywall without my knowledge. So now, we have no counter tops and a huge hole in the new drywall. Their work is that of a 2 bit handyman, trying to make enough money to buy beer. shoddy, shoddy work. read more

Stay away from these guys. Besides being slow the quality is mediocre at best and I had numerous problems. It took over a month to cut a simple desk top and when it arrived they didn't put the anchors in the underside for the keyboard tray. They told me during the install they don't do that after the guy that measured it told me no problem and took the template. Nevermind that this is a simple task for any granite company. Then one of the pass through holes were cut too close to the cabinet so that the outlet wouldn't work. In the end I didn't sign off on the work and I'm stuck with what I got. BTW, if you order granite from Lowes, they use these jokers. read more

We purchased "exotic" granite counters through Lowes. Irving Counter were the installers. The installers we're suppose to arrive for a morning install and rolled up in the afternoon. They did a rush job and left goop/glue dripping from several parts of the counter which hardened on. They also cut our base cabinets while cutting the hole for the cooktop. They left a part of the bullnose edge feeling rough to the touch. The back part of the granit was also jagged/not straight so they filled that with caulk. The worst part of the whole thing is the sealant they used made the granite look dull/ hazy/ dirty. The two guys after doing their rush install sprayed a ton of stuff on it and kind of half / assed wiped it off. It looks like you left the granite outside and it rained then the rain dried on it. When I spoke to Mr. Randal, the business owner he is nice and acts like he cares. He however doesn't respond to my emails and basically washes his hands because the job is done? I would have given this business one star if Lowes wasn't still in the process of contacting them so I guess there is hope the haze will be fixed?? Lowes is great, but I would not use them again if this is who they contract to do the work. I am attaching pix of our counters from my phone. These were taken after install, I put nothing on them and didn't alter them. They are from my phone also, not a high quality camera. Very disappointed. read more

Irving Counter Top installed my countertops - I went through Lowes. From the measure to the install they were great. They were always on time, called before they came - and they did amazing work. My installers (2 guys) did such a great job, my house looks gorgeous. I got granite throughout my whole house and every room its in looks amazing. Couldn't say enough. I had to drive to their location to drop off a sink and Kyle was so nice! He showed us our slabs, answered all our questions and made us feel really comfortable. So glad we used them! This company is all great until you have a problem, and then they ignore you and blow you off until you have to get all postal on them and get the owner involved. I have had an issue that I have been trying to resolve for over five weeks. While Irving Counter Top has been blowing me off, the problem has been getting worse. Finally, today they tell me it's not their problem and they're not going to resolve it. Seriously?! It's obvious you know that you use inferior products and that it was your fault, or otherwise you would have dealt with it immediately. Made appointment for est , They called and rescheduled , arrived 3 days later took almost a hour to get dimensions said we would have quote by end of day , next day called there number and I`m guessing the father had no idea who even came out till I told him what kind of truck he drove , A day after that the man calls while i`m on phone with plumber and called back in less then a minute to get answering machine left a message and its now a week later and no quote no return phone call ,,, Seems to fit with all there other reviews that If I had looked at before I wouldn't have even called them , So much for trying keep my business in Irving , It`s called customer service look into it WTF read more
