BUYER BEWARE SOME of the vehicles sold by this business may have pre-existing conditions. I purchased a Subaru at the end of January and it had 3 issues. First, the air conditioner did not work because it was void of freon plus the fact that the oring seal on the high pressure side wasn't the right one so the product all leaked out. They paid for this item which was odd. Second it had a major issue with valve body malfunction which in turn set off the dashboard lights disabling many safety features including eyesight and even cruise control. This is a problem with some Subarus. I was even requested the 2nd week of February not to take it to Subaru without discussing with the seller dealership. If you keep driving the vehicle like this with the dashboard lights activating the transmission can be ruined. They suggested taking to Big O tire who don't work on transmissions. All they do is clear the secondary codes which eventually come back. The rear brakes also had only 2mm pad left which is at a critical safety limit and need immediate replacement. It's a good thing I took it to a Subaru Dealership. It cost over 3K to fix these issues. The seller dealership just sat on their hands. Implied that it should be taken to Big O tires, right!? The tires were even under inflated to boot. Vehicles like this shouldn't be on the market without being inspected and/or fixed beforehand. As-is is one thing but this is absurd. If you do want to make offer on a vehicle it's a feasible idea to have THEM take it to a dealership to be inspected first. "We will make this right" is what was stated to me. read more

I have bought MANY cars in my 60 years of life and Isaacs Pre-Owned Autos has been the absolute BEST experience of ALL. I haven't been to the New Albany store yet, but I live just a couple blocks away from the store in Jeffersonville. I noticed Isaacs since it was built and thought THAT is a nice looking establishment; if I ever need a car I will look into their business. My wife's 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan was totaled when someone hit her on Christmas day. We took our time looking for the right replacement vehicle and shopped around. When we found some vehicles at Isaacs through USAA and True Car Service we were SOLD. Their website has the autos listed with details like it was out of the factory and enough pictures to narrow down your choices. The FIRST vehicle we looked at was as good as we thought and it came with a CarFax report so we were VERY confident in checking out this particular gem. The service is unmatched, the staff is amazingly humble and courteous. There is absolutely NO PRESSURE in any part of the experience. Their autos are impeccably detailed and from what I can tell have NOTHING to be concerned about. I can't speak for EVERY vehicle, but the 2014 Chrysler Town and Country had every bell and whistle operating when I checked it out. Everything is still working today. I took the car to my mechanic who checked it out VERY well and only found ONE issue which Dustin Isaacs had replaced without hesitation. I found a FRIEND in the auto selling business. A strange thing occurred when purchasing the car and I brought it up to Dustin days after buying the car and he proved to me he would go above and beyond to ensure we were 100% TOTALLY SATISFIED with our purchase. As it turns out, the strange thing was nothing after all. I can tell you that Dustin is NOT your run-of-the-mill used car salesman. He is the most honest and trustworthy individual on his car lot and I dare say in his personal life. I truly feel like I met one of the most decent people I ever met. He has a beautiful family too. We checked financing through Isaacs and it was a low as you can find. We ended up going through our bank, USAA only because I got a .50 point lower for using the True Car service through USAA, which is a Veteran organization. Dustin will go the extra mile in suggesting great places with lower prices to obtain extra keys, remote starters, etc. I could go on and on about Dustin Isaacs and his dealership. If you're looking for newer, high quality cars that may have some miles on them which allows the prices to be affordable, this is the place. We bought a former lease vehicle that the previous owner drove well over the miles on. Was still in great shape. The automatic gate on back of SUV had a motor going bad, but Dustin (owner) gave us his word that he would get it fixed. He came through on his word even though it was a pricier fix than he anticipated. Very fair asking price and didn't try to get one over on you. I'd recommend to anyone! read more
