We told Junior we were interested in the vehicle but we would be driving from Saint Louis(4 1/2 hour drive non stop) so we wanted to make sure everything was okay with the vehicle before making the trip. After a few phone calls and text with Junior, he assured us the vehicle was outstanding with NOTHING wrong. We make the trip and took the test drive. 4 things right off the bat are wrong. #1: The check engine light is on. We drove the vehicle to a nearby Auto Zone and had them run the free engine light check on it. Came up as (P0021) which has something to do with the crank shaft. Maybe it was just a bad sensor? Maybe it was worse?.. I don't know. #2: As we were getting the test done at Auto Zone we all noticed a loud buzzing noise from the engine, we pop the hood and the Auto Zone worker said it was probably a belt or pulley making the noise. #3: The passenger air bag light was beeping on the dash. Why was it beeping? I don't know... #4: The DVD player screen did not work, the sound worked great but the screen would not turn on. We return from the test drive and tell Junior the things we found wrong. Junior said the check engine light was not on the day before and neither was the Passenger Air Bag Warning Light... he was just dumbfounded at how they both magically appeared this day. As for the loud buzzing noise coming from the engine that the Auto Zone guy said sounded like a belt or pulley... Junior said it was "supposed" to sound like that and everything was fine! As for the DVD player, Junior did not know about that either and it was a complete surprise to him that it did not work. Junior didn't really know what to do about all the things I had pointed out, all he could say was "make me an offer"... Really?!.. make you an offer? We drove down there with virtually a blank check written to us by our bank and were really excited about driving this vehicle home. We feel totally disrespected and are in total disbelief that someone would treat us like that. We specifically asked multiple questions to ensure everything was okay with the vehicle before we made the trip and we were obviously lied to repeatedly. I find it EXTREMELLY hard to believe that he was totally unaware of all four of these things before we got there. If I could have given this business Zero stars I would have, please don't make the same mistake I did and avoid this place at all costs.

I worked with Brad Miller and he was really helpful and knew a lot about the vehicle. They were flexible and helpful at all turns and allowed us to take the vehicle to our mechanic. I asked him how they do alignments on several models of trucks that Ford ships with same size ties and he said he didn't know and backpedaled saying their machine had a maximum size of 33" tires. So apparently if you own a Super Duty, Bronco, F150 or Ranger they can't work on it. Plus their service tech left all their tags all over the inside, grease marks on my console and just slapped a new oil change sticker next to the old one instead of peeling it off. Well it wasn't ready and they knew it'd take an overnight so we left and they said they'd call tomorrow when it was ready. Several calls on our part later we finally got ahold of someone who said that it's take a but due to a part. Well a heads up call goes a long way. How about a loaner vehicle then? Oh we generally only have those who have requested it prior to dropping off....we didn't know it was going to take a week when we dropped it off....luckily they called back and said they gad one to come pick it up. We had to find a ride and then pick it up. Luckily we were able to do that. Again good quality work, but poor communication!

I kept taking the car back to them during the 3 mth warranty and they have a shop on sight and had them put their computer to the car and Mo lied to me and told me it was a misfire. The car broke down within 5 mths the engine was done. He knew the cars engine was bad. I went back to get the car and take it to get fixed elsewhere and i was very upset. Then Micheal stepped in saying he was going to make it right with me and sold me a 2016 Mazda 6 which I had to give up 3500$ more plus trade in the ford i had just bought. I was so desperate i felt like i had to go along so i had a vehicle for work. But my heart was broken. Within a month the Mazda 6 was leaking gas causing me to get carbon monoxide poisoning from driving a car leaking gas and i was unaware. He assured me it was a good car with no problems. Now the mazda is in the shop im out like 15,000$ im recovering from being poisoned and feel like im in a nightmare. Within nearly 6 mths they sold me 2 bad cars and were driving them both because their personal items were in the cars and the computers. Should they be driving the cars theyre supposed to be selling in the lot for personal use?! They have their own mechanics and shop so they had to be aware of the issues but decided to hurt a single mother anyway for the almighty dollar. I cannot stand that this can happen to people I am going to find resolve for myself in this matter but ive list so much because of it. Buying a car should be a happy time and no one should pay that much money and end up on the side of the road broke down n sick after not even half a year.

I had to bring the jeep back to your establishment 4 times for the SAME leaking cooling system. Finally had to take it to Bails Jeep Chrysler in Jeffersonville where it did need to have the radiator replaced, which amazingly fixed the coolant leak that you "bent over backwards", just to keep lying to me and drop the ball FOUR times. For the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I can get a copy of the repair from them to substantiate this as proof of my claim if you're in any doubt. Was screwing me around or screwing me over to make the sale on an OBVIOUS LEMON really worth all the BS everyone involved had to go through? Even my wife was mad because she had to pick me up and drop me off TEN TIMES from a crappy mechanic that couldn't find a simple coolant leak at the radiator!
