The customer service rep/ receptionist explained to me that they would fix my lashes, but unfortunately that same day I tested positive for Covid and couldn't go in until negative. Now here we are 8 days after me talking with her, and they refuse to fix lashes or refund my money. I feel cheated, ripped off, and just plainly done wrong. I sent them pictures of what my lashes looked like 48 hrs after getting them, but they claim that the tech told me that she couldn't do my lashes because of a gap. This was my first visit there, if this was their recommendation why would I proceed anyway in place new to me? I asked to speak with Tanya the owner on day 2, day 5, and again today, but was told by the receptionist that she's the only one who handles customers' complaints. Keep your money and go to a place with business integrity, great customer service, and awesome professional skills. I explained to Kristin, even if there was only a gap or 2 in my lashes...how does she reconcile the fact that my lashes are 90% gone and "today" is day 10 since my service. That's not because of gaps, that's because of poor technique. I told her that this is a horrible way to do business and when I told her that I was writing my experience in this review, she hung up on me. I truly wish that they had just simply refunded my money, had a different tech repair my lashes(like they said they would), or just simply told me when I arrived that my requested service was not possible give the skill set of my assigned lash tech. I truly love the location that I regularly receive my service at, but it's over an hour away, and I was just hoping that myself and my 6 friends who all go there together had finally found a great place within 15 minutes of us all. However, I've noticed that when I come with someone else, the experience feels very different. I visited with my cousin on Mother's Day (5/10/2026-10am) hoping for a relaxing and special experience, but unfortunately it was disappointing. During both the massage and facial, the masseuses were talking quite a bit throughout the service, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the treatments. There was also constant loud construction noise coming from the business next door, as they appeared to be installing flooring. I understand that some things, like neighboring construction, may be outside of the spa's control, but the excessive conversation during the treatments really affected the experience. Since I've had good visits here before, I was surprised by the difference this time. I hope they can provide the same peaceful and professional atmosphere consistently for all clients.
