BEWARE! Do not book any services here! I booked an appointment for eyebrow tinting with Vanessa and had to follow up with her to see if my appointment was accepted because it was scheduled for the next day at 9:30am. She let me know that I did not need a deposit and that I just needed to confirm my appointment and sign a waiver. I've been getting my eyebrows tinted for years now and have seen some business owners request that you sign a waiver and I always ask questions if there's something on the waiver that might not be clear. Typically if there is a waiver to sign, it's usually in person and you can ask questions before signing and getting service. I simply asked if Vanessa could elaborate on the waiver and wanted clarity on the product she was using to tint my eyebrows. She explained that she's been providing this type of service for some time now and hasn't had any issues with clients getting a reaction to the product. I was ok with it and was going to sign the waiver. I then received a text that my appointment was cancelled. I did not understand why so I followed up with Vanessa to see if I needed to reschedule but she ignored my message. She then proceeded to post a PSA on Instagram stating that she has a waiver and that it's ok to ask questions prior to signing and receiving service. I was extremely confused and frustrated by this because I asked her questions about the waiver and she cancelled my appointment. Apparently she said she got a "bad vibe" and had to trust her gut when I did nothing wrong but simply asked her to elaborate on the waiver that she requires her clients to sign. Doesn't make sense to say it's ok to ask questions about a waiver that's required to be signed before your appointment and then you punish a new client for asking questions. Vanessa is very rude and unprofessional and I would NOT recommend anyone to get service from her. If you ask questions about the waiver, your appointment will be cancelled. If you are looking for someone professional that provides eyebrow tinting, I'd highly recommend _slayedbyjade! She's amazing and allows you to ask questions about her waiver. You also sign the waiver in person. read more
