My wife calls the store and asks specifically if they have drain fly pesticide. "Hold on a minute…read morelet me look". "Yes we have it". Ok thank you we are on our way! 30 minutes later I walk in front door and there's a man at front cash register and I ask for drain fly pesticide and he begins to tell me to sue baking soda and vinegar. I tell him we've tried that and it didn't work. "I don't know why it works for me" it didn't work, where is the product my wife called about. "Aisle 5 at the end and I'll have someone meet you". I walk over there and he actually shows up. He then gets in his in-house walkie talkie and asks where it is. Then this obnoxious man walks over and says that they're out of stock. I tell him my wife called and was told it's here and I drove all the way there. This is when it took a turn for the worst. He then started telling me that she didn't call this store and after going back and forth of him telling me that she called a different store and they aren't an Ace Store. He then under his breath said she was lying. I then walked towards the front of store and called her and asked for the number she called. When I read the number out loud all their faces changed demeanor instantly. He then looked on the phone call log and asked me for her number and once I said that he asked the young woman at cash register who answered call and she said she did and told my wife it was in stock. She then apologized but the one accusing my wife of lying and calling a different store turned and walked away without even as much as an apology. We will never shop there again and will make sure every employee of ours never shops there again and anyone else we can share this disgusting behavior with and how on July 4th and in the middle of a Sunday drove there to not only find it not there but be insulted at the same time.

With plenty of free parking and curated items displayed outside, you instantly get into the shopping vibe before even stepping through the door. The shop is divided into different rooms featuring well-selected items, pants, dresses, shirts, décor, and even Christmas ornaments. There's also a men's section with dress shirts and suits, plus a secluded room with designer clothing that's slightly pricier but definitely worth checking out. What impressed me the most was how clean, organized, and welcoming the whole place feels. The staff is wonderful, and I was delighted to learn that it's a nonprofit organization run by formerly incarcerated individuals, helping support their reintegration into society. On top of that, shopping here promotes sustainable clothing demand and supply. I absolutely love this initiative and look forward to continuing to support them. They help women who have been previously imprisoned get back on their feet. They provide jobs, guidance for resumes and prep them for job interviews. You can donate your good at this boutique for a great cause! They have a big selection of clothing, home items, shoes, books, etc. I'm sure you can find treasures here at a good value! They have events all the time. I initially was going to attend an embroidery event but was cancelled due to the instructor having gotten sick. My husband & I were shocked because we weren't told of this fee ahead of time! Because I lived on the other coast, and needed assistance in Miami; we gave her $500 with understanding that the money would go toward services & store purchases. My sister & I made a 2.5 hour trip from Naples to go over reupholstery fabrics with Margarita and her niece. The quote was astronomically high in comparison with other quotes. Miami house project was put on hold due to unforseen issues with the renovation. I contacted Margarita to let her know this & explained that I'd be in contact when we moved into the home. There was a scheduled appointment in May 2019 for a 2nd house visit which was cancelled due to a complication babysitting her grandson. After trying to contact Margarita to finalize the job (sent 5 emails & 2 phone calls with NO reply) I received email stating "not taking in new projects & she hopes I find someone" This was not a new project - we gave her $500. Most of the pieces for sale are from local Florida artists. They are procured by one of the owners, Alicia, that we got to speak to. She says she just looks around for stuff she likes. She also makes artwork herself out of things she acquires in her other job as a civil engineer. Very handy and accommodating. They do all sorts of events so make sure to get signed up on their mailing list for the deets. They air short films, host Art Walks and tastings to name a few things.
