The coaches are incredible and so great at forging personal connections with each person who walks through the door. Lead Coach would distract you, whilst telling you to sign and read a 20 page contract right before 45 minute group gym session. Apparently they charge you extra money if you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to starting. This is not a practical "rule" that anyone with a life and family can always follow. If you were to arrive 10 minutes pass start time they would also purposely mark you as a no show, so that they can charge you more. After reaching out to management about my additional charges. He was very passive aggressive and started accusing me of "forgetting" such a ridiculous rule. Apart from that, I was told that I had to stay for an additional month before I quit. I don't think I would ever agree to signing up to be apart of a cult. Even after voicing that I would not be coming back, I was threatened, via email to have my records sent to collections.

Classes are normally limited to 36 people, though presently, I think it's limited to 12 for COVID. Masks are worn for indoor workouts, doors are opened for circulation. Come check it out and tell them I sent you :) Shoutout to Tripp, Daniel and Bimala. Very cool trainers and people who love what they do and the people they are coaching.

Earlier this year I joined F45 as a way to get back in shape, and be healthier overall. I had…read morepreviously tried things like T25 (Videos), and in the past had been a gym member (lifting weights); but none of them really kept me motivated and coming back...nor was I really very dedicated to cardio work. F45 kind of changed all that. Each session is pretty intense as far as a workout goes, but it's all about how hard you push yourself. Exercises can be slower and easy, or fast and hard (or slow and hard ;-) ) depending on how you feel, and your level of confidence. However, the trainers that are there to help you along and the team of people that you work out with that help you to get motivated make all the difference. The folks that come there are super friendly and engaging; and the trainers are personable and non-judgemental ;-) . It's a high intensity workout, and it's easy to get a lot out of it so long as you go on a regular basis. All that being said, I'm a fan of F45. There are some things that make it better (perhaps) than others: - Erika (the trainer that is usually there when I go) is super friendly and helpful; she's always greeting you with a smile on her face, and ending the day with high-fives; and during the workouts she's letting you know where you can improve - or where you can push yourself harder. - The changing exercises daily (both in terms of timing, flow, and exercises themselves) keep things from getting dull; and you're focusing on different body parts - which is also great. - There are NO TREADMILLS; it's personal - but I'm not a fan of those things at all, so the lack of them is a plus for me. I've met several nice people at the local F45, and although none of them have invited me or my family over for dinner, I remain hopeful. Seriously though - the people are great, the trainers are great, and they have these heart monitors you can strap on to see how much you are improving. I'd highly recommend you go and try it out if you're looking for something different, and engaging, in terms of high intensity interval training.

I tried out the yoga which was offered by a virtual instructor. There were 3 instructors to represent different skill levels for reference. I felt great after the session! I signed up for a membership before I left. The facility is super clean, comfortable, and safe. Hotworx is open 24 hours so you can go to any of the virtual classes or simply sit in the sauna at times that work with your schedule. The hours referenced here are the times that there is someone working up front to show you the ropes (no pun intended) or answer questions. They were not super pushy with "selling" you on the membership. Give it a try. Worst case scenario you will get a beneficial infrared sauna session in!

I never thought that I would "enjoy" working out in any way, but I absolutely LOVE the workouts at Hotworx. Contrary to the feeling leaving other gyms where I feel not only self conscious, but completely exhausted, when I leave Hotworx, I feel rejuvenated and empowered. If you have not given the free trial a chance, I promise it is completely worth it and you will fall in love like I did!

I am currently on a personal trainer package which allows me to bring clients in for 1 on 1 training, a service that is not available at commercial gyms. Theres a sky rocketing amount of auto-immune diseases and heat regulation can be very hard for people. Also no one wants to work out in 80+ degrees :( (At least a large majority of people don't want to, from personal experiences) You could def pour water on yourself though to stay cool if you have a poor time temp regulating if you do decide to go to this gym!!" I know a few people personally that got their membership in winder not knowing they didn't have AC either, and honestly it was just kinda shocking.
