This location is always clean, the staff are always helpful and major shout out to the staff trainer, Vondale. Von is super awesome and he's great to train with. Did you all know that, Planet Fitness offers free classes? Download their app and look in the workout session to unlock the free classes. The trainer at this location is Von and he is really great to work with. Everyone knows him by name and he knows all of his people name as well.

I love Amy's yin class, and would love to see a morning yin class on the schedule in the future! Amy is such a great instructor, and she always provides alternative movements so everyone feels like they can fully participate in the practice. I did feel like this was a more advanced class, as the teacher would ask the class to do different movements that I didn't know, but I was able to follow others and get through it. Others either wore grippy socks or were barefoot.

Try the differently classes...there is a pretty big difference between them. Don't give up if the first class you go to does not fit what you are looking for.
