The doctors were very kind and took the time to explain each instrument they used while examining my eyes. They frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable, which helped me feel at ease and confident in the care I was receiving. At the end of my visit, the doctor explained my results clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, it was a great experience. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, and the doctor who assisted me was equally kind and professional. I scheduled two more appointments for the coming months. Instead, it is pure insurance volume churning at its finest, prioritizing speed and billable units over actual healthcare. To make matters worse, I dropped thousands of dollars out-of-pocket for IPL and LipiFlow procedures, yet they still forced a copay out of me for every quick, useless follow-up just so they could milk the insurance company for even more money. Their billing practices border on extortion: if you don't pay your copay before walking out, they slap you with an additional $10 fee just to mail a bill. This is an unheard-of, predatory gimmick. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, rushing me to pay before I could even walk out the door and using that surcharge as a threat. From the hostile reception to the money-hungry operation in the back, this place treats you like an ATM rather than a patient.

They helped me with one decision--the focal length of the lenses. They were indeed right to suggest the change. My eye sight went from 20/30 and 23/50 with glasses to 20/20 and 20/25 without glasses. Dr Liu was the first on the list of recommended ophthalmologists, given to me by my optometrist. I also checked Yelp reviews and Dr Liu had very positive reviews. I felt lucky to get an appointment with Dr Liu, just a few days after calling his office - due to a cancellation, and was able to schedule my cataract surgery less than 4 weeks later. From the first time I met Dr Liu, I felt like he was a kind and caring doctor, who listened to me and answered all of my questions. I was also impressed by all the technicians there, and ease of scheduling all of my appointments in advance. Over the last 6-1/2 weeks, I had my LAL cataract surgery on both eyes, two adjustments in right eye and one adjustment in left eye, and did my second and final lock in two days ago. Turns out, I had PVD and was at risk for a tear/detachment. Dr. Borrillo has been great at navigating me through the process as my eye situation revolves, answering all my questions and reassuring me. A couple times, something new has come up and I've always been able to get in day of or next day. Upon entering the building you are required to wear masks, which in 2025 is uncommon, but appreciated. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. After waiting for maybe one minute I was already called back for my exam. The doctor was very efficient and thorough. On my exam there was once concern the doctor had, so they actually had me retake one of the eye tests to double check. When I got to try on glasses the lady helping me, I don't remember her name, unfortunately, but she was very kind and helpful. After I decided on a pair the total came to $125. I was about to use my debit card but she asked me if I had an FSA account (which I totally forgot about). This actually saved me money and made a big difference. Overall, this office is a 5/5. It has since moved to its current location and there are two additional optometrist who practice in the same building. Dr. Seger is efficient and answers all my questions and concerns. After their initial visit I have always booked my child with her. She makes my kiddo feel at ease and is able to complete the entire eye exam at every visit. They carry a good selection of frames. The prices range from $$-$$$$. The ladies helping you pick out frames do their best to recommend frames that fit your face. They will check inventory for different colors and styles to meet your needs and wants. My recent visit was in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I scheduled my visit late August and was unable to schedule with Dr. Seger so I scheduled with Dr. Webb. I was emailed detailed instructions as to how my appointment would go. I called the front office to let them know I was in the parking lot. They screened me on the phone for COVID-19 symptoms. I was asked to come inside and my temperature was checked at the door. I noticed the front desk was covered in plexi glass to keep the receptionist safe. Once I was cleared they completed my initial eye procedures prior to the exam. The door held a sign before I entered that the machines had been sanitized. After I left the room the sign changed to unsanitized. I was taken to a room to wait for Dr. Webb. Dr. Webb entered and realized my mask was making my glasses foggy so she grabbed another mask for me to wear so I didn't have foggy glasses as I completed the first part of my eye exam. I appreciate that she finds way to make things work to complete the eye exam efficiently. I like her energy and enthusiasm! I completed my eye exam and met the front desk to complete my transaction. While scheduling my appointment the front desk was responsive. The visit was efficient and I never crossed path with another patient. Those looking for frames were seated more than 6 feet apart. The parking lot is spacious. The entrance is right away to your right and easy to miss. Slow down as you get closer to the office. Overall glad with the adjustments this optometry office has made during the current pandemic. Dr. Seger and Dr. Webb meet our optical needs.

Everyone in here from the reception staff to the doctors are always super friendly and helpful. I recently switched my eye doctor to Dr. Salsabilian and she is soooo amazing and so pretty! She cares about her patients and if the staff is also a fan of the doctor / that says a lot. I have optical health included in my Kaiser plan but I come here to get my annual exam because I love it here -- it's also 3 min from my house - yes that helps but even if it was far- I'd drive there to see the smiling faces! The issue came later when I was told that I will get a call in approx 10 days to pickup my glasses. When I didn't receive the call in 15 days, I called and was told that it's not ready by the lab as "it broke" and it will take another 1-2 days to make it and I will get a call. 10 more days gone and I receive no call back. I called again and was again told that my glasses are again broken and is not ready by the lab. I requested for money back and they agreed. In short, the two stars are only because I was treated well on my visit and they readily gave me refund. Three stars gone because they should have called me when they said they'll call me, instead of me asking for updates again and again after a long wait.
