I thought the frames selection was somewhat limited but I don't have anything to compare to currently. Overall happy with everything, and will return in the future.

Receptionist shrugged it off like it was nothing, and the office manager acted annoyed, prioritizing other patients while dismissing us. When she finally said to the receptionist to just reschedule, she walked away mid-conversation. As we left, declaring we'd never return, the receptionists looked at each other and literally laughed at us. Zero customer service or empathy, avoid this place if you value your time. And from the looks of the review history, I'm not the first one with their "great customer service"

She was very attentive and patient as I tried and retried different pairs of glasses. Because she was paying attention during our chat, she remembered everything and found the PERFECT pair of glasses. I actually bought two pairs because I needed glasses for just computer work. I was notified when they were ready and made an appointment to come in and check them out. Again, she spent time with me to perfectly adjust each pair. I couldn't be happier with these glasses. The lenses are of a much higher quality than what you'd get at Lenscrafters, and it's really noticeable in the clarity of the glass. I tend to be a little rough on my glasses, but they have been perfectly fine, and extremely comfortable. I understand it could be something going wrong but the front desk lady repetitively emphasized in a weird tone "l'm not trying to accuse you" "you didn't contact us so this is what happening". Trying to push it back as making it a customer's fault?! I don't understand how I would know and understand the balance due if I never received anything after my visit. How could it be a customer's responsibility/must-do thing to call a doctor's office after every visit to check the balance due (especially I already paid what the office asked me to pay before I left)? If in this logic, does it mean I must initiatively and proactively call to all the doctors to confirm if there're any due balances after all my visits, otherwise it'll be my fault?! After back and forth on who said what, I tried to pull the conversation back to the main point - why is there a balance due in your system that I'm totally unaware of? I don't understand If something really went wrong, should the representative be patiently explaining the situation to the customer firstly and then discuss in details? I'm very upsetting about the way of communication that Dr Hollier's front desk used. I feel very offended. I hope the doctor's office could see my review and conduct corresponding customer service trainings to improve customer's visit experience.

I was seen by another professional optometrist last year in Rockville for the first time. A friend recommended them. The glasses I ordered were extremely expensive due to the low volume of glasses that I found to fit me. The style I selected and the lenses I required were to provide near and far vision correction. After waiting three weeks, I received the glasses with an incorrect prescription. I said I was very disappointed in their service and said thank you, but I would go elsewhere. I was then told that was not possible without a penalty fee for the services they provided. I said I would seek legal assistance and they suddenly changed their mind. My money was refunded. How unprofessional. I don't think they are in business any longer.

From the first time I called and Raul was able to squeeze me in for an urgent appointment to the most recent call with Raul to go over billing, everyone at Eyes on Norbeck have been kind and knowledgeable. Dr. AuYeung is incredibly thorough. He takes the time to discuss everything and makes sure you've had a chance to ask all your questions. He also knows when to refer to other specialists so that he can get more information to treat issues better. I'll be back to see Dr. AuYeung and his team soon!

I have called several times since 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and have been given the run around, constant apologies and then promised phone calls that never come. For this to become the most expensive pair of glasses in my history of being a mother of 10 children, and purchasing glasses many times, as I expressed today with another phone call to find my almost $400 pair of glasses. Still have to wait until next week to come in to have them sized. I was told more than 2 weeks ago that they were there and I would receive a call to come in and meet the dr. To measure them on me.
