NO chairs no nothing. Even the one worker who showed up 1/2 hour late and then started setting up texted us afterwards revealing these people are fraudsters! What we got? a/w late and brought nothing! A pre school little table, old airline blankets to sit on--but only 6 of those, no cups no cutlery no placemats, no nothing----nothing for smores, 4 thin wood sticks and a metal tub big enough for a baby for the fire, nothing to light anything, one 18" light strand, tiki torches that didn't light---need I go on? It was a complete travesty? How are they allowed to operate? Montauk and the Town of East Hampton need to shut them down immediately. Yelp needs to kick them off because they are fraudsters. It looks like they keep doing this to people! Why is this allowed?

Additionally, I needed to have a repair done on my equipment that took a bit longer than expected due to some complexity, Wayne (owner) and the rest of the team kept me updated with the process and really tried to work with me to make it easy to get the repair delivered to me (since I live 1hr+ from Plymouth). There is four of us in our group so it took some time for us. The owner then got pissed off and said in a rude manor that we needed to be back on time since other people were renting the car. How rude of the owner while all his workers were so kind to us. Especially on the 4th of July. We were back on time but shame on the owner for having a disgusting disrespectful attitude like that. WE WERE ON TIME NOT HIM. we enjoyed our ride.

The entire dashboard of the car was lit up and it was making terrible sounds the whole time. After driving it a total of maybe 5 miles, it sounded like something was seriously wrong so we pulled over and a wheel just fell off and rolled away. Luckily we were all safe and they came to pick us up and gave us a full refund.
