So, I think having the sauce might add way more to the flavor dynamics of the meatier portion of the meal than its other parts. The Beef Patty is decent; the crust carries a flavor of a brothy-vegetable seasoning flavoring (which may be coming away from the meat) well though the Beef Patty (after the Jerk Chicken) offers a subtle flavor and seems more crust than patty.
