The company charged me more than what was quoted in the initial invoice. The job they did was very unprofessional. They did not do my kitchen where the infestation was maximum and the tech was out of my apartment in just 10-12 minutes.( I was not orally told that they do not do the Kitchen, It might be in fine prints in the contract but I was not aware of it ) . I did not get any information about how to prepare my apartment for the tech visit. When I did put a very bad Yelp and Google review I was asked to take down the review in exchange of lower prize the next time I get the service . ( I did take down the review as I did not want to go any further with the arguments with them) . But after waiting for a month I saw no reduction in the cockroach infestation. On 7/20/2026 the tech suddenly showed up at the apartment complex for the next quarterly service before scheduling with me before hand . When I said I do not want to go forward with the service and want to end the contract I was charged $250 for canceling it . So, In total I lost about $420 ( $160 for the first treatment and $ 261 for cancelling the service) for nothing . This was my first time with a pest control an did not know such contract exist . I would not have canceled their services if they would have done the job inspite of charging me higher than what was quoted in the invoice. But I DID NOT SEE ANY REDUCTION IN THE COCKROACH INFESTATIONN AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE TREATMENT. SO, BEWARE AND NEVER HIRE THEM FOR YOUR PEST CONTROL NEEDS. THERE ARE BETTER SERVICES OUT IN THE MARKET

Half didn't answer the phone and the other half said they couldn't come the same day. Lucky for me-I was relentless. I called Action Pest Control and the owner came herself. All her guys had gone home for the day but she didn't want to leave me stranded. Maybe she heard the desperation in my voice. Within 45 minutes, she was here and examined my entire house. She saw the army of ants on my bed and lifted the sheets to find even more ants! She then wondered if it originated from the mattress since it was a brand new bed! She then sprayed around the bed and took off all the sheets for me to wash. She also promised to bring by ant baits to put around the house to prevent another outbreak. They charge according to how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have, and mine turned out to be only $143, which was way cheaper than Orkin who wanted $189 and tried to upsell me on a monthly service! Should you use them or any pest control service, move all your furniture away from the wall so they can spray the perimeter of the walls without getting the pesticide on your belongings. Just half a foot should do it. There's 24 hour emergency service according to their website. Good to know if ever have another ant invasion in my sleep.
