    Food truck today

Local brewery. Good, friendly service. Locals and visitors alike hang here and chill with beach, ocean view. Check calendar for music and food trucks. Today Geezy's backyard barbecue. Ribs and tri tip done right. Oh, forgot to mention some of the best brews on tap. Try their hazy Hopliner. Be sure to wave at the people on the Amtrak as it flys by. Games available or bring your own. Spend quality time with friends.

This brewery is one of my favorite breweries, so every time I come to Carp, I always stop by. They have many beers. I tried Avocado Honey Ale today. When I took a sip, I thought "It tastes very interesting", "I don't like it" but after drinking it for a while, the taste was addictive lol I could taste honey slightly. They don't have food but sometimes there is a food truck. The food truck was selling Mexican food today. Also, you can bring food from somewhere. Normally I get a burger from The Spot which is close to this brewery. They sometimes have music. This link is the event calendar. https://www.islandbrewingcompany.com/calendar?view=calendar&month=02-2024 Trains are running by the outdoor seating, it's kind of one of the entertainments. At the gift shop, they are selling T-shirts and hats. I normally park at free public parking nearby.

I've been here a few times and usually always opt for the Avocado Honey Ale. It's really good! They have a decent selection of beers and a seltzer option. I have seen food trucks at times but have never ordered from one. It's located right next to the train tracks and they have a nice little outdoor seating area. It's not a fancy brewery by any means but it's charming. The workers have always been pleasant. It's a good stop for when you are in the area.

The perfect beach brewery. The vibes chill, the service more chill, the beer the most chill. Delicious beers with a big open patio right next to the railroad and campsite, just a short walk up from the beach. Beers on tap, beers to go, food trunks frequent the place but aren't guaranteed. Overall the perfect place to stop after a day at the beach or to meet up with friends on the weekend.

Carpinteria's original brewery! Island Brew always has a great beer selection. Some personal favorites of mine are the Tropical Lager and Avocado Honey Ale. Along with a great location across from the beach they bring in live music and food trucks. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Carpinteria. The staff is awesome and the service is always friendly!

My wife and I love live music and we were thankful this Labor Day weekend there wasn't a bar that didn't have live music it seemed. We wanted to go to Island Brewing Co. on Saturday but our day was too long. Sunday was insanely hot and thankfully we escaped DT Santa Barbra to head to Island Brew Co where the temperature was 12° colder and had a breeze. Drinks were amazing and the music was good. The vibe is quite chill and relaxing outdoors while you listen. I think island Brew Co. is the spot to be on a hot day!

Carpinteria is one of my favorite mini get-aways. It has everything you could possibly need for an awesome day trip or even a weekend stay. This spot is always our first stop when we get into town. It's the perfect way to start the trip. They don't have a kitchen but food trucks do stop by on the weekends and they do allow outside food as well. The vibes and environment there are great. It's also a few minutes away from the beach, a quick little walk. They have a great beer selection, but my favorite is their Avocado Honey Ale which is a must-try.

I love breweries near the beach and this is one of them. Avocado ale is season but a must grab when its available. Seating indoor and out

    Avocado Beer!! Delicious.

Like the location it's in, very private. The beer is okay. I usually only drink Stouts and IPAs, but the honey avocado is amazing.

Relaxing evening with incredible outdoor music. We had a beautiful sunset and it was a great end to a fantastic day in Carpinteria.

How time flies.....Its has been wonderful to see this location grow with the diversity of their offerings and the quality of their products. I am a traditionist with it comes to ciders so I like it dry and apply forward- but I branched out this time, at the suggestion of the employee, and was surprised to find out that I can enjoy mead and Kombucha just as much. At Apiary, they offered some non sweet mead and Kombucha drinks. The flavors of the offering were spot on and not fake tasting due to the natural ingredients. The Apiary is definitely worth a visit to kick back and relax with a good drink....

This is a family owned/operated wine and beer tasting room located in Carpinteria, with their vineyards located on nearby Rincon Mountain and in Paso Robles. Cool vibe entry area, with a large, garage-like back room and outdoor tasting areas. Parking available both on street and in a private lot in back. WINES: We were fortunate to have Jill, co-owner with her husband Edward, pour for us and the service was excellent. We tried 5 wines from the tasting menu, a '22 Storytime Rosè, '22 Susie Q (white Rhone blend), 2020 Dusty Vinyl (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre red blend), '19 Tempranillo, and a '19 Monk (Bordeaux red blend). In addition, Jill also poured us a '22 Syrah. Again, all the wines were well-made and flavorful. We took advantage of the waived tasting fee and took several bottles home with us. You can also purchase wines by the glass or enjoy a bottle onsite. BEER: New since our last visit, Jill and Edward decided to brew beer, so we also decided to share a tasting. All ingredients are grown on their property and they're currently pouring a Lu Lu Lager, a Monk's Ration (Belgian Ale), and a Sal's Stout. The pours are generous and easily enough for two people to share a tasting. We're not huge beer fans, but these, especially the lager and the ale, were so refreshing and full of flavor. They're sold in 750ml bottles, and we took a couple of these home as well. I highly recommend a visit to Rincon Mountain Winery's tasting room. You won't be disappointed!
