Absolutely loved our burgers! They were packed with flavor, and the soft buns paired perfectly with the juicy patties. The fries were just as good; crispy, well-seasoned, and the large size was perfect for sharing between 2-3 people. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. It's a cozy little spot with limited seating, and it shares space with a small bar that serves beer and wine, which adds to the chill vibe. This will definitely be a regular stop for us anytime we're in town!

The place is in the same place of a burger restaurant. It works separately. The girls are very nice and friendly. You can try one sip before to decide. The ambiance is really casual, beach vibe and family. I liked my choice,I don't remember the name, like German name. $8 , it is not bad at all. They have free fresh water,

Stop by to have a drink with our burgers from Dang next-door. Sunburst has a variety of drinks to choose from. They have wine beer canned drinks. Nice and refreshing. There's indoor seating and outdoor seating.

This is my go to place in Carpinteria. They have an incredible selection for wines and beers! They just released a pickle spritz which is phenomenal if you like pickles, think of a pickletini from the pickle room but BETTER. Stephanie and Dylan are the best! Always a great time when I come here. You can also order a burger and enjoy it at the bar!! Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. Can get busy, so come early.

Sunburst Wine Bar is a perfect venue to get together with friends for a drink. Located right in the middle of Carpinteria, you can get a glass of wine or beer on tap. They have a wide selection of wines plus beers from local breweries. If you're hungry, Dang Burger is located right inside the location. The service is awesome and friendly. I'm definitely a fan of Sunburst and is at the top of my list of places to meet up with friends!

I came here for the first time the other weekend and loved it! There are a few parking spots in the back and on the street. There is outdoor and indoor seating at their bar. Great for warm sunny days but they also have outdoor heaters. My friend and I sat at the bar after ordering from Dang Burger and were helped by Miranda. Miranda was so kind and helpful. We had questions about their red wines and she helped us pick the perfect one to order. You get a generous pour in a beautiful glass which made me so happy. I was also impressed by the variety of beverages they have. There are two refrigerators with different alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Just a great place to come and chill.

Such a Cool place in Carpinteria. Great beer and wine selection with an emphasis on the beer. Great local beers on tap & a great cooler for more options. Eric & the staff are always friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable about what they are serving. Glad they are here!

Beer was good. Didn't have the older selections off Google menu but they did recommend some options. I didn't love them. Service was ok, mostly attending to the bar people, but overall atmosphere was delightful. It would've been nice if they walked around to check on others beside the bar peeps. I noticed others had empty glasses too, not sure if this is how that place works but it would have been nice to have been asked if we wanted something else once glass was empty because I would've 100% said yes. Left after my flight.

Visiting our fav little town carpinteria and loved this new place - we hit olives, almonds and glasses of wine all on a cute patio that was dog friendly- always a plus! We went over to teddys Nextdoor to have dinner later it was great - cute vibe! We will be back :)

Sunburst has just recently opened, and I have to say, after a long gestation period, the wait was worth it. It's spacious, it's clean, and the service is good. But what about the beer and wine selection? You won't be disappointed. If you are, man what does it take? So if you live here in Carp, or are just visiting wondering how you can afford a multi-million dollar house the size of a doormat, this place is the place to gather your senses, and try again the following week. Besides, its location is perfect: food, beach, coffee, farm things you won't use, and a farm cart, are all within a few steps. And if you're feeling guilty about knocking back a few, go visit Friends of the Library , get a book, and pretend you know what the hell Ulysses was all about. Cheers!

This is a family owned/operated wine and beer tasting room located in Carpinteria, with their vineyards located on nearby Rincon Mountain and in Paso Robles. Cool vibe entry area, with a large, garage-like back room and outdoor tasting areas. Parking available both on street and in a private lot in back. WINES: We were fortunate to have Jill, co-owner with her husband Edward, pour for us and the service was excellent. We tried 5 wines from the tasting menu, a '22 Storytime Rosè, '22 Susie Q (white Rhone blend), 2020 Dusty Vinyl (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre red blend), '19 Tempranillo, and a '19 Monk (Bordeaux red blend). In addition, Jill also poured us a '22 Syrah. Again, all the wines were well-made and flavorful. We took advantage of the waived tasting fee and took several bottles home with us. You can also purchase wines by the glass or enjoy a bottle onsite. BEER: New since our last visit, Jill and Edward decided to brew beer, so we also decided to share a tasting. All ingredients are grown on their property and they're currently pouring a Lu Lu Lager, a Monk's Ration (Belgian Ale), and a Sal's Stout. The pours are generous and easily enough for two people to share a tasting. We're not huge beer fans, but these, especially the lager and the ale, were so refreshing and full of flavor. They're sold in 750ml bottles, and we took a couple of these home as well. I highly recommend a visit to Rincon Mountain Winery's tasting room. You won't be disappointed!

According to the owners, they had three different time slots, and each time slot had their own group of alpacas they could feed, so that was very thoughtful! The owners, in general, are friendly people. There's not much to do outside of hanging out with alpacas, so the owners will talk to you every now and then about the alpacas. The alpacas are very friendly but shy. Some will walk away from you unless you have food. We also got to feed a water buffalo and some goats. For a farm, this place is crazy clean too. Nice restroom. Place didn't smell terrible. One thing I was worried about was humane treatment of the animals, but honestly, the animals look very happy to be there. There is a cat roaming around freely too, so please be careful when driving to and from the farm.

I brought a water bottle attached to a lanyard and both of these employees felt the need to judgmentally ask me if I "really needed that water bottle" and "are you sure that won't fall off?" Of course, the water bottle did fall off. When we got back, the man rudely and unnecessarily remarked "I told you it would fall off." I was paired with a terrible horse who did not follow any of my commands, constantly ate the vegetation, pinned his ears at and would try to bite the other horses for no reason, etc. I have some experience riding horses and I was doing my absolute best with this out-of-control horse. In turn, I was continually being barked at by the guides to "pull up on the reins and release, don't let him eat, kick him, go to the back, catch up to the rest of the group, keep him away from the other horses" etc. In addition, we rode through a very busy freeway overpass with multiple onramps/offramps and cars everywhere. We also passed right next to an active railroad. Of course, a train roared past a mere ten feet away from us. The horses spooked and it was a miracle that no one was thrown off. We were not given any prior warning that we would be riding in the middle of these very dangerous environments. If there was a warning in the waiver, I wouldn't have known because we were so rushed to sign it and had no time to read it. We finally made it to the actual beach and spent a mere 20 minutes on the shore before riding back through the danger zones towards home. I spent the entire ride pissed off, disappointed and feeling unsafe.
