Every she charged me for filing GE taxes and I discovered this years she NEVER filed any on my GE taxes. When I asked her if she filed hem she said yes. Then when I presentes her with proof that hse infact had not she changed her story and told I never hired her for that which is categorically false. She also misfiled my taxes for 2020 and refuses to amend. When I asked her send me invoices of what she has been charging me she claimed she doesn't keep those records. Why would a bookeeper not keep her own business invoices on her own clients??? I know the invoice prove she was claiming she did my GE taxes and even had a dollar amount next to that particular. I now have over $10,000 in penalties an interest alone because she never filed my GE taxes. When I emailed her about these topics she responded in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner and Even flat out lies to cover her tracks. She hurled personal insults at me rather than addressing my questions. But I have all our emails that prove she's lying and I have a all the documents as well. I let her lie through email. I asked a good friend who also has her taxes done by kitty and she was very unhappy with her services this year. Kitty made her do some of the taxes on her own but still charged her quite a bit for it. It ended up being a really headache for my friend as well . My suggestion to anyone reading this is to hire a CPA as they are responsible for their mistakes and mishandlings and bookkeepers are not. Check to see if she's filed your G-49'S and watch her blow her lid!!!
