S I just needed it to look clean and fresh. I bought it in France from a famous designer, it is a high quality fabric which looks like new any time I bring it back after our Seattle dry cleaner. Here I took it off the hanger and realized that the white skirt had ... dark blue spots all over, so evident and ugly that I can't imagine the person who was working on it did not see them. I did not have time to return the skirt - we had to check out of the hotel and go straight to the airport - I called the place - the way the female worker spoke with me was even worse than the quality of their dry cleaning -- in short, it was something like... we haven't seen it, we can't do anything and we don't look at clothes when we do the service (!) So the suggestion was either don't complain, or loose the flight and come back to us!!! On return home I gave the skirt to my local dry cleaning, they processed it three times, managed to clean 70 per cent of the spots. What they suspect and I trust this is it, my white skirt was processed together with something which was dark blue and which colored it. And after clearly ruining the skirt, the dry cleaning staff did not do it again, did not apologize and truly believed that everything was right. This is absolutely unacceptable in any business or service. This place should be shut down forever. But before it is there, and if you happen to be in the area, don't put your clothes at risk being ruined by "cold" hands and hearts who don't care a bit of what they are doing. It is not just a skirt and money, it is the attitude which hurts a lot. I hope the general manager will read it and make decisions which are so necessary and so urgent.

After three days, my husband picked them up and when we put them on the bed, the blanket still had the blood spots and the comforter's inside batting was bunched up. The cost for these two items was $54.00 and we asked for dry cleaning and they said they put them in a large washer/dryer. They re-did the blanket and got most of the stains out, but they stated the comforter was defective from the manufacturer. They should have stated these would not be dry cleaned and they should have inspected these items before we picked them up. Luckily, we were able to return the comforter to Macy's. The manager didn't offer to refund the charge or a portion of it; we were inconvenienced with two trips to the cleaners and they didn't even check to see if the stains were removed or the comforter was ruined. We will never go there again and would not recommend them.
