For a linen company these guys are phenomenal. Cheaper than anyone around. Always on time and very pleasant to deal with.

I have filed a complaint with Hawaiʻi's Office of Consumer Protection and would strongly encourage…read morethe owner or manager to review how customers are being treated here. I use this laundromat usually once or twice a week as it's the only one in the area. I washed 2 loads here today and left briefly during the cycle. When I returned, my fitted sheets and pillowcases were specifically no longer in the machines. I had several things in this washer including undergarments, shirts, etc and someone specifically went through and took out just my sheets and pillowcases. I didn't notice everything was gone until I got home so I went back and asked the attendant if she knew what happened that's when I noticed my stuff in a bag behind her desk. I was then told that because she believed I had overloaded the machine and left the laundry too long, she had taken my belongings, washed and dried them herself, and would not return them unless I paid an additional $14. I had not asked for wash-and-fold or any additional service, and when I was in the laundromat during the duration of my stuff being washed and drying she did not once approach me to tell me this would happen. I explained that I did not have $14 available I just spent $20 to do my laundry there and it was all of the money I had to my name. Instead of explaining the policy which I was very unclear of the employee became extremely hostile and repeatedly told me that I would not receive my belongings until I paid her the additional $14. I understand that laundromats need rules about machine use and unattended laundry. What I do not understand is taking a customer's property, performing an additional paid service without authorization, and then withholding that property until an unexpected charge is paid while treating the customer aggressively. Afterward I looked at other reviews and found numerous customers describing similarly hostile behavior from staff. This does not appear to be an isolated experience.

I would give it a 5 but I did not see and attendant and there was a squished cockroach on the wall. It is Hawaii so I get it, but it looks like it had been there a while. Also the sink area was a little dirty. Maybe if they had an attendant to keep up with those little things, a 5 would be warranted! I do recommended this laundromat!

I will say the place was clean--but it was 10:00 a.m., so I'd certainly hope it was. Other than…read morethat, I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I brought in two loads of laundry to dry. Simple, right? Somehow, I spent $17 and still went home with damp clothes! I had two dryers, each with a full load from my washing machine, both set on high heat. Neither dryer was getting hot enough to actually dry the clothes, and I had to switch dryers twice because they simply weren't working properly. It was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of money. If I had to wash and dry laundry for a family of two here on a regular basis, I can only imagine spending $100 or more just to get clean, dry clothes. I honestly feel horrible for large families or anyone living on a limited income. A laundromat is supposed to provide an affordable necessity, but at these prices--and with dryers that don't even get hot--you could go broke just trying to do your laundry. $17 for two loads and I still brought home damp clothes. Absolutely ridiculous.
