The younger one I'm guessing is a family member of some sort is more cooler & nicer. Another reason is because apparently, they have a rule where can only charge cell phone. I'm not mad at that. What I'm mad at is the poor pathetic reinforcement of said rule. So it's been in the books for a long time but looking around it's not posted on the walls, they failed to and didn't tell me the 1st time. Plus, it's not my fault it's hot in there despite the weak fans on the wall perimeter. What's also interesting yet ironic is that Sylvia got on my ass about the electronics but she missed & failed to get on another lady about sleeping in the laundromat yet she did it out in the open. It's no surprise there are 2 ladies not going/failed to take accountability, the only rules written on their walls only pertain to laundry yet their biblical scriptures are bigger and more designed

This is the closest laundromat to my place. The first few times I went, it was friendly and not…read moretoo busy. In recent visits however, the staff has been horrible, rude and unfriendly. 1) I put an empty soup container into a bin marked as a place to put them, it rolled down and fell on the ground making a noise. The worker came out of the backroom and yelled at me saying not to through those in the regular trash. I explained what happened and did not get an "I'm sorry, or my bad" nothing. 2) If you ask a question about something, you are met with rudeness and looks as if you are the dumbest person on earth for asking a question. 3) I was waiting for my dry cycle to end, had 2 minutes left, and was told to wait outside, the place was not busy, I was not blocking anything or anybody and when I mentioned I only had a few minutes I was told it does not matter and I had to go outside. The owners know they are the only place in the area to get laundry done, so they could care less how they treat their customers.

We only needed to dry our clothes, because the dryer at our rental was not working. But we had to waste 3-1/2 hours (counting driving time) of our vacation, and about $20, re-washing and then drying 1 load of laundry, due to the policies of this place. A decent laundromat, with non-hostile employees, would make a TON of $$, here on the Kona coast. Just a suggestion, to any entrepreneur out there.
