Everybody was so friendly upon walking in, there's even a beautiful dog to greet you, as well as an open bar with all the booze you need, sodas, gatorades, waters, as well as hot chocolate! I spent 2 hours with Loren, and he was exactly what I was hoping for. Somebody who was not only knowledgeable, but honest and patient. It helped that we are both PING guys. During the process, 2 other specialists joined in at different stages to assist, which was really cool! I got the perfect set up clubs, at a great price, as well as some additional goodies I've been wanting - which were also on sale. Not only that, I got to meet the owner as he was the one to ring me up. My clubs came in 3 weeks later, and I got to go back to test them out before bringing them home. The pro shop was expanded and has a good selection of hats, balls, shirts etc. and Matt, the GM can order whatever clubs you want. The cafe has also expanded the food and beverage selections with very good quality. Due to the huge influx of people to the area, the demand on golf courses and corresponding price hikes are noticeable to the locals/regulars but not excessive. I'll definitely be playing again on every trip back to Round Rock. Try it, you'll love it!

He got me comfortable enough to golf on my own and even was nice enough to simulate a live round with me so I could learn course etiquette and feel comfortable playing new courses. I enjoyed working with Billy so much that I set my wife up with him for lessons, and she has found a love for the course (even if it's not playing a full 18). They are pretty fast and challenging as well. The whole course is based of three 9-hole courses. So you can play a full 18 or just 9. The staff here are very welcoming, and for being a Hispanic I was well amazed at how they treated me like a customer and didn't shown any signs like I didn't belong there. My buddy Lu and I are Army veterans, we were also amazed how they celebrated and honored Veterans Day with the US Flag on every hole. My only complaint is maneuvering around to the course to find your way back to the main building or the next hole on courses 2 and 3. Overall, I was happy and satisfied. I will be coming back at least once a month if I can.

My golf crew aka The Slapnuts Golf crew had so much fun playing here. All the staff are welcoming and the club house is a great spot lounge after the 9th hole or if you finish playing full the 18. I highly recommend playing the full 18 as the back 9 is even more challenging and fun to play. They offer two memberships family and single. I have two of my golf buddies who have signed up and said it is worth the money for a membership. You are also allowed to play at all three courses they own Avery Ranch, Falconhead, and Teravista Golf Clubs. I have payed at the other two many times. Avery Ranch is by far my favorite course to play on now.
