We were recommended to go here because we were looking for used golf clubs. The young lady working the front counter was the only one of a handful of employees who greeted us. There were at least five other employees in the store that we walked by and no one greeted us or asked if we needed help. Mahlia was working the front registers but was also the only one who offered to help us. When she had to cover the front register, she asked for help from her coworkers and no one responded to her. So we were stuck waiting. She asked someone to get what we needed from the back room and again she had to go get it because no one helped her. I'm giving 3 stars for Mahlia and because we found what we needed. But I was sorely disappointed in the rest of the employees.

They didn't have it anywhere in their system even though we had confirmation over the phone. I saw that they did this to a couple of different people as well. There were a couple of ladies that had an actual tournament set up to play that drove hours to get there and the attendant claimed to not know anything about it. The staff here are incredibly unprofessional. I'm not sure how many people this happened to or if it's a common practice but it's completely unacceptable. The staff has always been extremely helpful and when purchasing balls there is also a large selection of sandwiches, beverages and snacks. Each time, I have got a water only and there are plenty of nearby garbages to toss items when finished. Lastly, the range has the big 10 sports logos on the green which will measure the distance.
