I called two weeks later and the person i spoke with condescendingly explained it takes 5 to 7 business days. Well it had been 2 weeks. I had called on a Saturday. They indicated they would check with the company on monday and call me back. I did not get a call back. I called on tuesday; turns out the order never went through. Now again, i am told it will be 5 to 7 business days. Lesson here: if they order from the store, call again to check that the order went through. Then call them back to confirm. Do not accept their word for it.
