The course is short enough where you can play and learn. They also have lessons available. The course is located on the site of the old Glen Lake Sanitarium. Massive oak trees and pines line some of the fairways. There are four par 4s where you can reasonably hit driver. Par is 31 so the rest are par 3s and all very interesting. There is a driving range and a large putting and chipping green. You can make a reservation on teemaster. Another excellent Three Rivers Park course.

Winter kill and weedy. Had to move the ball around to find a spot to hit from. I know it's been a tough year but it's already mid June. They should be able to get them healed up by now. The greens were no better. They should be ashamed to present their product out there like this and still be charging a premium price to play it. If they were honest about it up front so that people knew what they were getting into, charge less until things improve, I might play it again. Can't trust them so I'll never play there again.

They've removed the range pass altogether, and you have to pay every single time just to hit a bucket of balls. Look, I don't mind paying for quality, but this just feels like a cash grab. I already pay for greens fees, food, drinks, and occasionally merchandise -- now I'm getting nickel-and-dimed for warm-up balls like I'm a tourist at a mini golf course? It's the principle of the thing. This place used to be about community and loyalty. Now it's just about squeezing out every last dollar. Shame. I'll be taking my clubs -- and my business -- elsewhere.

In my humble opinion, when they got done they had removed hundreds of trees, ruined the golf course and added a very nice driving range. Now, they charge for a round here about twice what the course is worth. I have played it twice since the re-do and have been extremely disappointed with the conditions, the cost and the course itself. Go across the street to the 9 hole course - it's a better value and more interesting.

They have a really nice turn to get food and beverages if you choose. Your green fee includes a small range ball basket. They also have chipping and putting greens for practice. Their special of the night was the Lemon Garlic chicken Penne, packed with great ingredients just not hot. $23.00 huge bowl could have fed 2. Since neither of our meals came with garlic bread or anything we shared the Sliced Italian bread from appetizer menu and it filled the void for $6.00. Eagle Valley isn't a bad option if you're looking to get in a round in the East Metro. It's…read moresituated in the middle of a neighborhood and has historically been pretty well maintained (though they did get hit with some winter burn last winter). The course isn't particularly challenging, but it's still not a bad track for most handicaps. The clubhouse is fine and the staff have always been friendly, though I wouldn't recommend showing up hungry since concessions are pretty basic. It's not my first choice in the area (i.e., Stoneridge or Prestwick are better choices), but it's still not a bad track.
